I think management should give their receptionists more leeway with make decisions. I'm not returning because we had issues at check in and tbh, it's been recurring at The Now's in Silver Lake and New Orleans and I'm just over dealing with them.

Patrick is amazing. It's so hard to find a therapist that can provide the pressure i require. I have never had the amazing experience prior talk about with massage until he became my therapist. He is ALWAYS on time. He is always professional and he ALWAYS works out my most difficult muscle groups. He called back repeatedly until they didn't answer his calls anymore and he got very upset and just kept dialing repeatedly. I'm sure they were happy.
