I have had many Thai massages over the years, and this was by far one of the worst experiences I've had. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff seemed completely uninterested in customers, staying on their phone and barely acknowledging me. There was no greeting or professionalism -- I was simply handed paperwork while they continued scrolling on Instagram or TikTok. I requested a combination Thai massage, but the technique felt extremely inexperienced. The therapist attempted back-walking for less than a minute before switching to rubbing heavily fragranced oil all over my body with little to no technique or pressure control. The entire massage felt rushed and careless. To make matters worse, the therapist kept her cell phone in her pocket the entire session, and it constantly vibrated while she was working on me. It was distracting and came across as very unprofessional. It honestly felt like she did not want to be there. The oil was so heavily fragranced that my skin became itchy afterward and felt irritated for hours. Because of how uncomfortable the experience was, I ended the massage after only 15 minutes. When I went to leave, instead of apologizing or asking what went wrong, the front desk staff started yelling across the business about how long I had been in the room so they could determine whether to charge me. Thankfully I was not charged, but the overall experience was uncomfortable, unprofessional, and disappointing. Between the poor customer service, constant phone distractions, overpowering fragrance, and lack of proper massage technique, I would not recommend this place. read more

Alissa and Michele are both awesome and they know what they're doing. They always check on you if you can tolerate the pressure while massaging you. Definitely gonna come back here . I've had some incredible massages over the years--including two at the Royal Academy of Thai Massage in Bangkok--and I can honestly say this was one of the best massage experiences of my life. My therapist delivered a truly masterful 90-minute session that combined Thai, deep tissue, stretching, and intuitive pressure point work. She used the bars on the ceiling to walk on my back and apply just the right amount of deep, controlled pressure--therapeutic but never too intense. The flow of the massage was amazing--full body, head to toe, with thoughtful transitions and deeply effective stretching. She worked on areas I didn't even realize were tight, and I walked out feeling lighter, looser, and 100% reset. The space is clean, peaceful, and professional--and the price for this level of quality is more than fair. I highly recommend the 90-minute option if you want a massage that goes beyond relaxation into true healing territory. I came here today October 22nd, 2024. My nail shop I have been coming to the last several years is in the same shopping center, I have been wanting to try this massage place since it has great reviews. I walked in today around 10:30 and asked if they had availability and they said yes. They had me fill out an intake form and asked what kind of massage I wanted, I asked for a Swedish massage for 60 mins at $80. I was walked to the back and entered my own room, I got undressed and put my things down and laid on the table. I heard a knock at the door and it was the masseuse, she said her name was Sophia and repeated the areas I wanted to focus on, which was shoulders and legs. I am on my feet all day and I also carry allot of tension in shoulders when I say that she hit every single point that I needed! She did an amazing job! The hot stones were a nice touch as well. She hit every part that was tense I walked out of that massage like a new woman! I will now incorporate this into my monthly routine because for the price it was amazing! After, I paid and left a $36 tip for a total of $116. So worth it, even if you're not in the area check this place out and ask for Sophia!! read more

This was my first Thai massage, and wow what an experience! My bff gave me a gift certificate and I was excited to try Dee Thai Massage out. I booked my appointment via telephone with no issues and let them know I would be using a gift certificate. They sent me a text to confirm, but when I followed the link in the text, it asked for me to put down a $24 deposit to hold my spot. Since I was paying via gift certificate, I was wary of doing that (wasn't sure if it would be refunded), so I ignored the confirmation texts (several came through) and just showed up at my appointment time. There were no issues at check in, I completed the paperwork and was shown to a room. The room was warm and the massage table was heated, which was great since it was very cold out. I got undressed and onto the table and waited.. and waited... and waited. After 10 min, I began to worry. Finally, at 18 min past my scheduled time, I put my coat on and peaked out of the door to see if anyone was coming. Luckily a staff member passed by, and I told her no one had come in for my massage. She apologized and told me to get back onto the table and someone would be right in. My therapist, Pauline, arrived a few minutes later and was very apologetic and got started. The best way to describe the massage is- INTENSE! It was awesome- she was super strong and got all of my sore spots and then some. The massage table got too hot for me and I had to ask her to turn it off because I'd started sweating! She walked on me, stretched me like a pretzel, and used traditional deep tissue techniques. These are simply straight up lies. Do they not know I keep records of my receipts? And then to claim the therapists didn't feel comfortable working with me. LOL. This is defensiveness at its finest. I've never had a business that I've been frequenting for so long just come back with lies like that. I love Dee Thai Massage. It's a very clean, cozy space in the middle of a busy strip mall so can seem a little out of place but the way everything is laid out and how many spaces they have for treatments really lend to a great and relaxing experience. I've done a couples Thai Massage, the body scrub and massage, and a traditional Thai massage here and all have been quite enjoyable, albeit painful at times. They do really know how to get out your knots and tension. I had never tried being walked on before and it's definitely an experience to get used to. I like that they have specials and their prices are very good for the length of service. They're also very accommodating to large parties and possible last minute requests. read more

I received 3 phone calls, 2 voicemails, which I had no idea I was getting bc my phone was on silent. I also received a text that said to confirm you have to prepay part etc, which is no problem. Yay! So happy to find a traditional Thai massage place in Vegas! For those who are not familiar, Thai massages are different from a typical Swedish massage. Thai massages include stretching, walking on your back, and really working with pressure to relieve tension. I asked for firm pressure, and was trying so hard not to squirm, but it felt SO good! I was feeling brand new again, which for me, is the whole point of a massage! I would suggest asking for light pressure if you don't enjoy a good beating lol, and can always ask them to adjust if needed. Highly recommend!! I get a Thai massage once a week but my usual masseuse is in Thailand this summer so I thought I'd give this place that is closer to my house a try. I asked for a Thai combination massage that includes stretching and walking on the back which I love. The massage starts with oil and hands which is basic and normal and should start to progress to elbows but did not. She did get out the stones which I expect but not for very long. She moved to my legs but just with basic hands and not much pressure. I usually let the masseuse do their routine but after a while I got tired of waiting and asked if she was giving me a Thai massage. She did not understand so I had to ask her if she was going to walk on my back. It was clear she was not going to and really didn't want to but she started and it was clear she didn't know what she was doing because she started walking flat footed on my back without using the bar to take off some of her weight so it was too much pressure. Real Thai masseuses don't simply walk on your back but rather they artfully use their toes and heel in specific ways to put pressure on certain places. It is an art. She was completely unqualified to give a massage and could have seriously hurt me so I ended it early. As I'm changing a woman I assume is the manager knocks on the door and ask to talk but I told her "no, I'm changing" but she opened the door anyway, which was uncalled for, and asked if I wanted a new masseuse. But I already wasted enough time there and didn't trust them to provide someone that actually knew what they were doing. So I just wanted to leave as soon as possible. Of course they charge me for the terrible massage too. I do not recommend this place for a Thai massage as they do not know what it is or how to give one. read more

Would not recommend this place at all. The guy in the front had bad customer service he didn't greet you friendly and didn't offer any beverages just get a paper and sit down. Then he brought us back without explaining any of the types of massages or ask us what we wanted. We had to ask him for water and what kind of massages they offer. Bad customer service. I put medium pressure and X on spots I didn't want to be touched and my massage lady was extremely firm and hard on me and I'm a more petite female I can't handle that pressure. Overall I was in pain a lot of the times it was hard for me to relax and I told her less pressure but that didn't change. The massage wasn't anything memorable. It was more pressure on bone and arteries which I'm not a fan of. I feel like I'll have bruises by tomorrow. The ladies also were not quite and would drop stuff and you can barely hear the music. Once the massage was done I asked the ladies for water they never came back to give it to me. The guy in the front again had bad attitude he didn't even say thank you have a good day. Just ready to checkout and bye. I personally think this was a waste of money and will never pay for something like this again. I've had better experiences in Chinatown massage places than this one. The massage was ok. The business advertises ashi-Thai which is not entirely accurate. After waiting 30 min past my scheduled appt time (which I went with a recommendation for the receptionist based on my massage needs for deep pressure) My masseuse May finally showed up. She was not able to do ashi-thai and also was not comfortable with deep pressure. Both things i asked for in specific upon calling. She did her best which I respect. But after going the extra mile to be specific in what I needed it was a very disappointing outcome. I get needing to train staff but if a customer asks in specific for something it should be accommodated and not just taken as a "suggestion" otherwise be honest and say you can't do it. At the end of the session as I was paying I had a weird interaction with what I believe was the owner. Her card reader was taking long to connect to internet so it kept bugging out. She asked if I wanted to leave a tip, and I said yes and told her how much. She then proceeded to enter an amount that was not what I asked her to input. So I had to reach over and delete to replace with my desired amount. At this point I shouldn't have even tipped but I respect the masseuses energy and time spent. All in all it felt like a cash grab with no thought on how the overloading or over lapping of appts impact the customer. I understand wanting all the business you can get hence saying "yes" to everything. But, as a paying customer we expect there to be a balance between business needs and the customer experience. Anywho, I wouldn't recommend. There are much better Thai massage places in Las Veg that do prioritize the customer over business and they are still quite successful with very skilled therapists. read more

We spent 10 minutes getting checked in for a foot massage, and I advised them I was pregnant and they said no problem. Then when we got setup, they told me they don't do massages on pregnant women. Foot massage is very safe in pregnant women, they just did not want to provide the service. Would not recommend this place!
