I recently had the pleasure of getting my hair cut by Bianca, who genuinely exceeded my expectations. She took the time to listen to my concerns and offered personalized advice--the right kind of brush to use, what product ingredients to avoid for my hair type (very long, thick, straight black hair--northern Spanish decent), etc. The private, home-like venue also makes the appointment feel more relaxing. Overall, an A+ customer service experience (which really isn't super common anymore).
