First of all, the barbershop was really hot when I was there. To be frank, what I asked for was quite simple. I wanted a 3 on the back and sides and to taper out the back hairline, nothing off the top. I ended up with this (see picture). Additionally, around the ears was not even on both sides. I didn't realize this until I got home and took a closer look. The barbers there seemed like nice guys and there was minimal wait time but my hair cut was pretty bad and I had to fix it myself. read more

Absolutely love this place! We wanted to find a good barber shop near by for my 2 and 5 year old son's to get their haircuts. We've tried so many, even the kid ones and they always left with their mediocre. This is the first place that did their hair exactly how we wanted it (actually exceeded our expectations). My oldest went to Alex and his hair came out so good, my son was very comfortable with him. Alex took his time to cut his hair and fix his part. He even fixed his cowlick!! Mr. George did my youngest and he was honestly one of the most gentle and kindest barber to do my baby's hair. He took his time, he made sure my son's needs was taken care of, explained and showed him the next step of the haircut and was able to work around him moving and giggling the whole time. My som laughing during a haircut is a first, he's usually cries but not this time. His hair came out amazing and we couldn't be happier. If you have littles this is a great place to take them!! First time I visited here I had Renee as my barber. She did fantastic and I got just the haircut I was looking for. I returned to get another cut and Renee was not working so I had to settle with a gentlemen named Carlos. I probably received one of the worst haircuts in my life from this man. You can see in the photos below. I was very disappointed with the results and had to go to a different barbershop the same day to get it fixed. I would rate this establishment hire for the work that Renee does, but if these are the standards that they hold their barbers too.. Would not recommend Carlos if you go here. read more

went in today as a walk in, been going here for 3+ years asked for my normal cut in which case Carlos and every other barber has been able to handle no problem. asked for 2 inches length off the top. the top is about 8inch in length going in. just left a few hours ago and basically got a signature $30 shaved military cut. dude kept saying let's go a little more so I trusted the process. before he spun me around in the chair for a carnival ride he kept saying he wanted me keep going down more in length. I followed my barber Stephanie to this new barber shop, and I have to say I really love this place. I tried it a few years ago when I moved to Jax and it was ok, but a new owner bought it at the end of last year and completely renovated. The chairs, floors, walls, mirrors and everything else look brand new and they did a great job decorating the place. You get a free beverage (beer, water, coffee) when you sign in, which is nice after a long day at the office. Prices are definitely reasonable. A little more than the big chain barbers, but less than their competitors. I had a chance to chat with the owner a little bit over my last couple of visits, and he's super nice. Seems very passionate about his business, and he's done a great job of hiring attentive, professional, skilled barbers. Go check them out, and definitely ask for Steph if she's available - you'll leave with a great haircut. read more

I have come here twice and both times where horrible experiences. The first time I let it slide but this time just not gonna cut it. If you come here and see more than two people sitting down I highly suggest turning around and walking out. Not only will you be waiting up to and hour just to sit in a chair they will act as if it is a privilege for you to be waiting to get a cut there. They also will give appointments your chair if your wait rolls into there appointment time never have I ever had something like this happen... They don't even have that fair of prices in al honestly if you want a true fade you are going to be paying up to 30-40 dollars before tip and from what I was seeing before me they where all basic cuts I've gotten other places for much much cheaper. Now the owner may comment to this saying I'm lying but go in for yourself and find out if you truly want LMAO. (Wish I could give them no stars) read more

Terrible. Tried to royally screw over a friend and has no sense of customer service at all even when it's their mistake. Don't bother. You could have reception forget to sign you in then try to reschedule you for 2pm without your knowledge while saying she'll get you in the first chair available, then try and charge you for two no show fees. read more

My son got a haircut here for the first time. My sons hair was fucked when he came back home. Whoever cut his hair cannot fade or blend. His hair line was so messed up! Their attention to detail was incredible, and there is a very rustic and welcoming feel. (Oh yeah, the offer of a cold beer or three was awesome as well.) Nice place Renee did a great job. Just a warning they use Square to take credit payments (which I didn't do, paid cash) but they also use it to register you for their rewards program - with your phone number. Now we all get a ton of annoying spam calls but within an hour of registering the calls started no fewer than 6 maybe 8 that afternoon and while it has slowed down some still more than usual. It may just be a coincidence but a free haircut after 8 isn't worth the aggravation. read more
