If you're looking to "show off" the best eyebrows of your life, book an appointment with the absolute best. Also, Natalie has cut and styled my hair numerous times! Whatever you do -- do NOT -- absolutely DO NOT go to Natalie. Because then I'll have that much harder a time getting an appointment with her. She's a gem. Some rare hairstylists you put a pair of scissors in their hands, and they could close their eyes and start to cut and when they finish you are ready for the flowers, the crown and the Miss America sash because you feel like you look that gorgeous as you walk out the shop door. Well that's what happens when you have Natalie cutting your hair. Also the other girls there are also very very good (Tanya, Agnes etc - and I wish I could remember the name of the pretty blonde who did an up-do for my daughter to be in a play). I love a fresh men's haircut from Natlie at Studio 13. It is a world better than ANY of those S hair franchises. It's always perfect and SHE ONLY CHARGES $15 FOR A GUYS CUT! I know that's cheaper than any franchise. I tip her as much as possible because it's only $15! I'm not the salon type but it's friendly, beautiful and relaxing. I felt so comfortable there I even got a manicure! Normally I'd feel way too girly but my nails were nasty. Kary put me at ease and got my nails perfect. The manicure was HALF the cost of other salons, only $15 dollars! Guys, if you've got an occasion to handsome up this really is the place to go. read more

I was visiting my mother in law from out of town and she mentioned she really needed a haircut and style so I looked up this place that was nearby and they were able to squeeze me in on a Saturday morning. They were so welcoming and friendly and did a fantastic job on my mother in laws hair and had great ideas for the cut and style as she wasn't sure what she wanted. I highly highly recommend and thank them for being so warm and welcoming and accommodating as well as giving my mother in law a great cut! First started going to Studio @ 13 about 5 years ago in search of a miracle worker to fix my hair color & over-plucked eyebrows! Natalie fixed my hair & Nancy transformed my brows. I've been a faithful customer ever since even after moving to Boston. This studio is by far the most welcoming salon I have ever been to. The salon is run by two sisters, Natalie who does amazing things with hair, and Nancy who does nails, massages, facials and is well known for her eyebrow tranformations. My daughter and I spent the day at Studio at 13 getting manicures and pedicures, and we had a great day. The salon is very attractive and clean, and both Nancy and Natalie were warm and friendly. The staff is so friendly and fun to talk to. I was a walk-in this past Friday night to get a wash and blow dry, and an eyebrow wax - they were able to see me right away which was so convenient! How can you beat a warm and friendly welcome, a glass of wine, a haircut, and a wash before and after if you choose for $15.
