They would always be patchy because hair wouldn't grow evenly. My eyebrow hair was also very light so I found myself filling in my brows constantly. I decided to finally go for nano brows after I saw my aunt. She always had nice eye brows and she told me she had gotten nano strokes done. I was astonished. They looked so natural and the hairstrokes were very realistic. She gets really busy so be prepared to wait a few months. My appointment was in August and I made it back in May. Her studio is super clean. I really enjoyed the music she played but she also offered to play a podcast or other music. You can tell that she really takes her time to make the brows how you want it. The procedure was about 2 hours so not too long! She gives you a little card about the aftercare which is pretty simple. You also schedule a touch up about 6-8 weeks later. This will be on my next trip, but today, we're going to talk about my food detox session that I had, that was not only refreshing, but educational, as well. What you will notice upon entering the salon, is that the place is super clean, unlike other establishments. Cleanliness is the first and most important priority at L'Ami. With the foot detox treatment, this is paramount. As such, clean new bags are placed in the water basins where your feet get detox. Once the treatment is done, the entire bag is disposed of, preventing any other person form using the same (dirty) water. L'Ami doesn't cut corners by using bags over and over! For the foot detox treatment, I sat on a very comfortable massage chair (lovely)! The water is clean at the start, but once the electrodes are connected to your arm, and the machine is running for ~25 minutes, the toxins go out through the pores of your feet and turn the water yellow, green, or red, depending on what is being cleansed. As a first-timer, the experience can be quite trippy to see all the stuff leaving our body, but once you read the educational pamphlets that are provided while the treatment is undergoing, you get a sense of appreciation that the treatment is wonderful for your body.
