Found Rachel on IG and reached out to her for an appointment. I received a reply with a questionnaire and once I completed it and sent it back with a pic of my brows "au natural" I was set-up with an appointment. Her new location in Sunnyvale is very cute and tidy with lots of natural light. She took her time listening to my concerns and was honest about styles, color (I dye my head hair) and preferences that would work for me. She's a perfectionist, making small adjustments to my mapping outline, but thats what you want from someone working on your face, right!? I also have some unruly brows that want to go down when I want them to go up and we'll address those areas (maybe a few more brushstrokes) at my follow-up appointment in 8 weeks. I appreciate that I have that second meeting with her to discuss any issues that might have come up after living in my new brows for a bit. The completed work was superb! Two years ago I had an appointment booked and I chickened out, boy was that unnecessary,I could have been sporting beautiful brows that whole time! Long over do review but Rachelle was absolutely amazing! From the beginning of the experience she made me feel super comfortable. Talked me through the whole process. I was a little nervous at first because it was my first time but she kept me updated through the whole process and showed me what she was doing. The actual procedure was super quick and minimal pain. If you felt discomfort she would apply a numbing mask on your brow and give it some time to absorb. I have very little brow hair and when I would take a picture my natural brow would be wash out. If you want something subtle and natural this definitely a great place to start. It's been a couple months now with my new brows and I can still see them! I found Rachel via Instagram as I was looking all over to find someone to do microshading for my mom. Wow, I am so grateful We found her. Rachel is kind, sweet, talented, friendly, and patient. Something came up last minute and we were running late. I hesitated to text her and ask if we can push back our appointment because I know she was extremely booked and I did not want to inconvenience her. Rachel was so kind to say it was not a problem and that she can wait, which put both of us at such ease. My mom was greeted by Rachel at the door and she was guided to her room.
