Where do I begin? Why did it take me so long to write this review anyways? Hmm... no matter. So…read morelet's get to the facts. I joined here when I moved into the neighborhood 5 years ago and never signed back up. I was thoroughly disappointed in every aspect. Let's start with the socialization: so I was hoping to meet other women and moms and make some possible friends. Absolutely did not happen. Even when my daughter and I would visit the pool, no one would say a word to us. Filled with cliques. It's all about comparing who to who and keeping up with the Jones's. Who can out-do who and brag the most is who's praised and worshipped. It's gross. Typical country club filled with people who think they're better than everyone else. 2) Now let's talk about customer service! What a horror show. I took my parents here for dinner one evening and as we were being sat, my mom had sat on BROKEN GLASS. Yep, that's right - broken glass was apparently complimentary on her seat. It tore a hole through her pants and as she expressed her concern, not even one member of the staff could care less. She even BLED and they didn't offer so much as an apology. If condescending energy and bragging rights is your thing - by all means - sign right up! This country club and any like it can kiss my heiny as far as I'm concerned though. Full of stuck of snobs. Hang on a second and let me tell you how I really feel though

Very long post!!…read more Tuscany Falls Banquet Hall is where I was going to celebrate me turning 50 this year in July. I booked my 50th Birthday making Payments starting in November 2025., and within in the agreement between the Venue and payments are due ever two months until final head count and final payment was due which would have been in June 2026. I also understood in the contract if I could not hold up my end of the bargain that money would be lost. But was also told unless it was something big and out of control, that they would consider giving something back. This was the initial conversation. Since then I have paid 3k towards the party, had my Dj in place, head count was in order and, and even decide and reach out the Lady to bling out my 50th converse Birthday shoe. Until of course the unexpected happened. A pipe burst in my bathroom in the basement. Although this happened in February, I still made my 3rd Thousand dollar payment to the Banquet Hall. At the time I made the 3rd payment . Bad luck strikes me again. The plumber guy I originally hired to re do the pipes in my bathroom and upgrade my bathroom. Was doing a poor job, and of course Needless to say what I spent on him was a waste of money as well. So now I Had to find my Original contractor that I used many of times in my home.. to come and give me a new estimate(this is the guy I should have waited on) but i will say I was moving to fast on this decision. Needless to say I now have to get a new estimate and now this contractor has to tear down and redo the work the other contractor did. And of course this process will now double the cost of the first guy.. I said all this to say as I reached out to the Venue just last week ,explained to Maria from Tuscany falls asking what Happens to my funds if the Hall gets booked for the same time if I cancel would they be willing to give me something back. She claim she needed to speak to every one .. Staff (Maria,Jennifer, Ryan and Johnathan) they would reach out to me with a answer .. But what I got was very disappointing As they thought the phone was hung up, I overheard them discussing how there was never a plan to contact me back and how I was a lier about my construction problems all of which was recorded. Very unprofessional

Well, i wanted to be nice and email them a few things that went wrong... but in turn Bart the…read moremanager continued to indirectly call me a liar on what i wrote. Ill try to make this short. TF staff told us before out reception that we needed to switch our first dance and cake cutting to first do cake cut, so staff can get table and cake removed from floor before our first dance... no problem right. After we cut the cake, my wife and i standed waiting for staff to move the cake and table. My DJ gave 3 announcements to get it removed and didnt. Minutes went by and my photographer and videographer said well move it our selves. - i told Bart this and he repeatedly told me this didnt happen and his staff told him differently. Well Bart, i have it on video. Next issue - our bar was closed during dinner with all the communication to the wedding party would be able to order drinks during dinner. - the disconnect. I emailed to Bart it took 20 minutes for the wedding party to even get a server to bring us drinks and then the server said sorry the bar was closed... then Maria a coordinator came by to check on us and i stated a server said we couldnt get drinks and were the wedding party and you specifically stated it would be open for us. She obliged and got my wife and i a drink as well as some others in the wedding party. - Bart claims Maria in our initial conversation said the bar for wedding party was NOT unlimited drinks, but however a Round or 2.... Which i mind you.. never was stated period. If that was the case i would have paid to have it open Bart. Anyways, we got drinks served only have about 30 minutes of not getting them. Tuscany falls definitely made out on that end of the deal money wise. Needless to say. Bart and Tuscany Falls never once admitted wrong in anyway. Bart actually feld he delivered a top notch evening to us, even after my complaints in an email. It wasnt until my Wife got on the phone to explain to Bart that what i was sharing was indeed true. And he wasnt about to call her a liar, were you Bart? Didnt think so. Overall, book somewhere else. Tuscany Falls chose to try and save money and lie to us, not allowing us to have drinks for 30 minutes until we complained. Telling me his staff did move our table and im the liar because his staff told him different. Well Bart, they have everything to lose and We dont. The chicken we had was hit and miss. Mixed reviews. Skin like rubber, some chicken burnt, some was good. The best was Bart reading from a script telling me how the chicken was prepared and cooked so he can deflect the issue. Hilarious. Bart is a big time deflector. Never took accountability until my Wife called him out 35 min later in the conversation. His attitude and lack of customer service is horrible. And so very unprofessional. They own DiNolfos in Homer too - just stay away. Spend the extra few thousand if ya can somewhere else. Trust me, i wish i would have.

I recently hosted my birthday party at this venue. First, let me say the space was beautiful, and…read morethe bartender did her thing! However, I had asked her to tell my friends I was cut off (playfully), and she didn't relay that message, which led to some things happening that weren't addressed until later--because my people know I flip tables, lol. Here's where things took a turn: Water Situation: My mother was told I needed to provide my own water and that it was in my contract. I said I didn't remember seeing that, so I checked--nothing in my contract mentioned supplying my own water. The Mimosa Issue: This was a brunch with a cash bar. How is it possible you told my family you didn't have the ingredients to make a mimosa? That's a brunch staple. On top of that, you told my mother she had to pay $100 just to pop a bottle of Champagne that she went ahead and paid. Then you claimed I didn't tell you it was needed. But in your texts, you asked me what I drank and said you'd have everything, just wanted to confirm my preferences. How are mimosas not part of "everything" at a brunch? Countdown & Exit: Around 3 PM, I told my family to start wrapping things up since our rental ended at 4 PM. You then made a comment about how if we weren't out by 4 PM, I would be charged--even after I had already told my guests to wind down. Then you asked me if you could take one a plate (you and your bartender) and at the same time were telling my family they were on a countdown. That was confusing and honestly felt unprofessional. After the event, you emailed me a slideshow, which was very cute, and asked me to leave a review. When I didn't respond right away, you texted me asking for my Zelle info to return my cleaning deposit and asked if I had done the review. It honestly felt like you were trying to get a positive review before sending my deposit back, just in case I gave honest feedback. So I waited until I received my deposit before sharing this. The venue is nice but i feel like things could have been handle a little better day of.

Tables, chairs, table cloth, napkins, centerpieces, and charger plates were included and set up for my event beautifully. The bartender for my event had those drinks ready and tasting amazing for each guest. I would recommend this event space. Thanks to Marlo and her team my husbands 40th Harlem knights theme birthday was a success!
