The office staff needs more training in customer service as a few of the new staff are rude. The office is not open on weekends or after 4:30 pm, so we take time out of our busy schedules for our children. Please don't waste my time and then be rude about it! Possible solution: stop overbooking or understand the staff is not sticking to the time allotted per client & allow more time per appointment. Because making parents take time off work just to be stuck in the office for an extra 30 min every appointment is not good customer service.

Now, almost 10 years later I returned since I had not been wearing my night time retainers and felt as though my teeth had shifted. They took me back as a patient no questions asked and I've been using clear retainers to shift my teeth back into their perfectly straight alignment (they were already pretty straight but I'm kind of type A so that's why I went back) a few months later and my teeth are beautiful and straight again! I will always wear my night time retainer and I regretted not wearing it as a young teen. Anyways, the whole point of this is to say they work with you as the patient to help you achieve that "Hollywood" smile. As a kid I remember coming here and loving it, I mean the inside is decked out like Hollywood so it is very kid friendly. There is free popcorn, coffee, and video games kids can play while they wait. The staff is very nice as well as the doctors. From when I was a kid up until my frequent visits recently I have seen the same doctors and nothing has changed! They are SO nice! Warm and welcoming. I am surprised they didn't have many reviews so that's why I decided to leave such a detailed one. I would totally take my kid here if I had one. Our initial consultation was very detailed with pictures and scans of his teeth. Dr. Hadavand suggested an expander to make space for incoming adult teeth and correct the cross-bite. Every thing was explained in detail and I didn't feel pressured to make a decision right there. I have no complaints about Dr. Hadavand and his staff. My husband was 25 at the time, and I've been with my husband since we were 15. He hated smiling. He was very insecure. His dream was to have his teeth straightened to where he could smile again. He picked careers that didn't need much interaction with people. While going through treatment, we were always treated like family. I remember coming with my husband to appointments and wishing I worked here. Dr. Benham and his team were always there. Even if a bracket popped off he had an assistant that was willing to meet him at the other location on his lunch break just to help out. They changed my husbands life. Fixing his teeth gave him the confidence to quit his job and apply and change job careers. I saw my husband making friends and even WANTED to take photos with me. Dr Benham changed my husbands life. We moved out of state for a while and I never stopped thinking of this office. In fact, I was given a chance to work at a start up orthodontics practice. I fell in love with ortho because of Dr. Benham and his team and what they did for my husband. I am still blessed to work at my job but I work remotely now and are back in Texas. We have a 7 year old son that we recently brought back to Benham Ortho. It was so crazy to be back in this office and see some familiar faces.. it was like being back with family. I love that they are going to be there every step of the way for our son Julian. He has had some traumatic dental experience and although they were very busy.. Dr. Benham noticed how scared and nervous Julian was. He stayed in the consult just to calm Julian down and explain to him everything and how things work and how they promise they will take good care of him.
