Niko is a true Hair Master - let me explain...... when you ask him something pertaining to your hair you are going to get it all. What I mean is he will tell you what happens to the hair , when you do certain applications to it, also what is good for it and what isn't . This is what you want! Someone that is there for you not to just earn a quick buck . He does my toning , bleaching washing , blowout and line up trimming and it always comes out the way I want it! He is the Hair Master! He will always focus on you and only you during your appointment ( gotta respect that ) He has no disturbing drama or phones ringing and is always there when he is scheduled! The agreement says, he can charge 50% if not cancelled ahead. The guy charged the full amount to the credit card on file. 2) My other son went for a perm for what he expected was $120. When I checked the card charges later, the charge was for $189. Unfortunately, my husband who paid for the service did not question the charges. Regardless, the guy should not have added extras without disclosing. 3) My daughter scheduled a haircut with no blow dry. When I am paying, the guy charged for the amount with blow dry and blamed my daughter for not speaking up. Because of that guy's lack of customer service skills, he just lost a family of 6, and earned a bad review.

I got there a little early to get myself settled in and I was greeted and advised to get seated for my hair treatments. The manicure and pedicure however were a total nightmare. No one seemed to be available and they asked if I can come back at 5 o'clock or the following day - I said absolutely not - either we had someone available I will just leave and call it a day. The woman who did my hair then convinced me that another lady available was able to give me a beautiful pedicure. However that was a complete lie. As pleasant as that woman was she had no idea how to give a pedicure and I declined the manicure because the inept pedicure took 2 hours!! The woman also completely cut two of my toenails way too deep resulting in a really uneven, horrible look that even my seven year old son said me and my feet look funny. But that's not the worst thing that happened. The woman who did my hair calculated the total amount and I gave her the money with that amount however I asked for the individual amounts and then she gave me a different total. When she brought my change back she calculated it based off of what she told me was the revised amount but I had paid based off of the original amount that she told me. She said that that didn't happen and proceeded to tell me that I had not given her the amount I did.What a completely disappointing and horrible experience. I would have been willing to overlook the bad pedicure as well as the miscalculated amounts and totals however telling me that I didn't pay the money that I know I gave is absolutely insane. She was clearly trying to keep my change as a tip while I had asked for change for another bill to do exactly that. Please avoid this place. I left in tears.

DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON!…read more I wish I could give this salon a 0 star review, truly. I have gotten my hair done from an artist there in October 2020. She did a great job with my highlights and left me in awe. I was recommending everyone I knew to her, I was singing her praises. I even took my own aunt (who lives in NY) to this place. I made her come here for HAIR. Fast forward to July 1 2021. My cousin was getting married and I needed my hair done really nice. My hair was grown out. The artist I went to claims it is was 6 inches, maybe there was but it didn't seem like it to me because the highlights from the previous job were still pretty high. I told her I want a full head of highlights, and I want them the same color as I want them last time. She kept talking about how much regrowth I had and that the salon usually doesn't allow this much regrowth to be worked on (which i found so odd) but that she would do it for me anyway. I was pleased that she would do my hair because I liked her work... ALOT. I didn't get my hair blow dried because I was going to do it myself and see and feel the hair because I like my hair done a certain way and no one can achieve the look on yourself the way you would know. And I don't know what it is about salon lighting, but everything looks great under it. So I am like okay it looks good. It wasn't something that I was absolutely in love with but I thought maybe I don't like it because it my hair is still wet. I get home and I'm trying to blowdry my hair and it's YELLOW. I asked for neutral toned hair, and I came back with YELLOW. There was no blending done in the highlights, the bleach bled everywhere, my hair strands were making me look like a zebra. I messaged the artist and she was like come back tomorrow and we will fix it. I show up the next day, July 2 2021, and first thing's first I spoke to the manager and asked for a 50% refund because this was ridiculous but at the same time I felt bad that she spent so much time and effort on my hair so I thought it was reasonable to ask for 50% and I got it to. I went to the artist after speaking to the manager and she has an attitude with me. Acting like she doesn't see what I am talking about, being weird about the 3-4 places I showed her that were looking bad. And at the end of it I was like, "Please take a comb and look through the layers of my hair. Look at the bled bleach that is on my hair and look at the chunkiness and the look of it." And she see does that and goes, "Ah, I see what you're talking about. But I don't know how this happened. You see, you had a lot of regrowth." And I cut her off, like excuse me??? Me having regrowth does not mean you botch my hair. But she said she was going to fix it. And she did - only the parts that were very visible. She fixed the parts that were on top of my head, but anything in the layers of my hair was still the same. She fixed the tone of my hair so I was okay with that but I didn't realize she didn't thoroughly fix my hair. She made sure that I was so satisfied, she was giving me their top hair mask services, and blow drying and cutting my hair, making sure I was as happy as could be. When I left the salon, I was satisfied and I thought everything was great, but boy was I wrong. I am in California now, I am getting my hair done by hair stylists because I am the (technically) sister of the groom and I am front and center and I was having all these intricate hair styles done on me, but every time I sat in the chair of the hairstylist, they said "I can't do this hairstyle because your highlights are is chunky from within and there are so many harsh lines that it will show and it will look bad." So the entire wedding, I WORE MY HAIR ONE WAY. Straight or blow-dried. I was there for about 2.5 weeks so I couldn't even come back and get it fixed again because I had been gone for quite a while.
