I was not aware of this and should have been warned so I could bring cash. I was never asked if I wanted a Swedish massage or Deep Tissue and I was supposed to have the choice. I was never asked if I had any problem areas or how intense I wanted the pressure. The room was too lit and they left the door to the room a bit open. There was so much distraction coming from the front between the phone ringing, people coming and going, and lots of conversations! This made it impossible to relax!
