I came into this place to find a reliable Jeweler and get a custom piece made. I was told after I received my ring that there was no way a ring could have been made out of the jewelry I gave them to melt down and assumed that meant the ring was gold plated or inauthentic. My mother bought a ring ($2800) from studio jewelers and within a month diamonds started to fall out. She goes back and instead of the owner standing by his merchandise which I feel all reputable retailers should do he tells her he won't repair the ring unless she goes through her insurance....In my opinion anyone who treats a respected community member and repeat customer in such a unfair manner doesnt deserve community support. This is the worst place to buy jewelry or repair jewelry. Whatever you do, don't open a credit card with them. Anything they sell, 99.99% guaranteed, will be defective. Missing diamonds. You you do return anything, you won't get your money back, only a store credit for something else. You will still have to pay the credit card company for the charge. Went in for a simple ring for my fiancé and paid over $100, which is not a bad price for an engagement ring. After several attempts at confirming what the ring would be made out of (Hint: real jewels and silver), they assured me that the ring would be perfect. However, what I got was a Crackerjack plastic ring from the bowels of China's novelty sweatshops. While the band was real, the pearl on the ring was plastic and made from China (which I found out thanks to my local neighborhood jeweler-who is replacing it with a real one for a really good price!). The first time i went was a few weeks ago looking for gold earrings that were not too expensive. They were very helpful showing me the pieces and they had a very nice selection. Unfortunately i didn't find anything that fit the bill. The second time I went, once again they were very helpful, but my ears are gauged, turns out they are not easy to shop for. Worst place ever! I bought a white gold diamond heart ring on June 5th the next day one of my diamonds fell out. I took it to get fixed and on the 10th another diamond came out. At this point I'm frustrated because diamonds shouldn't fall out of a ring that was never banged against anything nor mishandled in any type of way.
