Once, I had a lift and tint here and it was not the best experience because some got in my eye and they really did not end up lifting that well. I am not sure if she is a scheduler for every location or works at just one of the locations BUT she periodically reaches out to me asking if I want to book anything if I haven't been there for a long time. This is great because if I do, I can text her back and let her know what location I want to go to and what my schedule is and she will find me the perfect window. If I need to reschedule, I can text her and she will find me a good appointment to reschedule to. Of course, you can do this through their website or emails but it is so so nice to have someone to talk to that helps you right away. She definitely puts facial bar into the 5 star category!
