She then says okay, soaks my feet for less then 1min and proceeds to cut my nails, this lady clipped my toe nail that had acrylic without putting any acetone or further soaking it... my toe nail then breaks almost half way and starts to hurt like hell, I immediately let her know to which she responds "no worry, I do it for you With acrylic" with attitude as I was upset and in pain I tell her "I wanted the acrylic removed not filled or for you to redo it with acrylic" she ignored me and proceeds to do the other big toe nails and does the same thing! Once again I ask "why would you do that without soaking it in acetone first" now she wants to put acetone after the fact, as she's putting it obviously it starts to burn and I let her know as I pull my foot a lil. Of course she doesn't care continues then tells me "I fix both nails for $10" at which point I was upset and didn't want to be rude so I didn't say much beside "it burns and this is not what I wanted" her not caring shortly after continues to trim the nail with 2 different clippers.. then remaining toe nails she did not clip what so ever instead she filed, mind you nor did she clean under the nails. For the remaining of the service it's burning/painful and I'm letting her know yet I'm being ignored. When she proceeds to put on the polish it's running everywhere and she take forever. Before leaving I did tell her the acrylic doesn't feel right, and obviously she did not care. I paid and left, and yes I did not tip! Today 10/11/25 I call with the intention of going in and having them remove everything as it's been hurting all night. When they answer I ask to speak with the manager, the person who answers asks "why, what do I need" I simple said "I need to speak with her, I went last night and the service wasn't good, my number is..." to which I'm interrupted by her saying "I have your number, who are you, what do you want" I simply respond with "can you please have her call me back" the lady says "okay" I then asked "when can she call or when will she be in" she then says "I don't know" I say "okay what's her name" "she says "my name Lindsay" I said "okay, but what about the manager, I can come in when's she in or I can hold on the line for you to contact her and ask when she can reach out to me or will be in" she says "no" and starts to go off on me. I again ask for the managers name and she says "I am the manager, you want to keep secret from me I keep secret from you, you can make a scam" I'm like "what?!?!? If your the manager why are you denying to speak with me, it's in regards to a service from last night that I'm not happy with nor was it healthy" this lady is not listening nor. So I'll be going in! Pics posted will show the big toe nails being cut wrong, look at the other toe nails and see how they are long enough for her to have done a good job on my other toes oh and how on my 2nd toe of my left foot she added acrylic to another split toe nail without consulting or even asking if I wanted that part trimmed .
