My appointment was at noon on a Saturday and there was no wait, in fact, Ashley sat me down a little early to get hair done. I didn't have any reference photos but mentioned my ideas and she ended up giving me soft waves and a half up do with a Dutch braid - I got so many compliments on my hair. She's so talented and so sweet! Was probably done within 40-45 min. I then had my appointment with Michelle around 12:45 for makeup. Showed her a few photos, mentioned I didn't want anything too over the top / was interested in soft glam. She asked my preferences throughout the appointment and it was very relaxing to sit under her care. I ended up with an understated, soft glam look that I loved! She probably took about 30 min or so. Finally, Ashley even gave me a slight touch up of my curls after makeup was done, which was so appreciated! Highly recommend this salon! I noticed Lyly uses high quality products including olaplex in her services. She did gray blending on me which was ash highlights to help my gray hair grow out along with the process. She also gave a very good hair cut. If you have realistic hair goals, just ask her if she can do it. She's very responsive via text. I would suggest showing her photos beforehand. She's able to work on different types of hair, not just Asian hair.

I read the comments and chose Morgan for the hair cut & style. A lot of people had commented her on the hair coloring so I also asked to have a hair color consultation with her for today . I have a lot of grays and usually do touch- ups myself. I walked inside the Salon thinking I'd probably would walk out with another unpleasant experience. But Morgan changed all that. The consultation took about 15 minutes . She listened carefully to what I said. I was asking for a much shorter cut but she suggested that with my (fuzzy) hair, longer version would look better. She also suggested to have some highlights to make me look younger When she finished the root touch-ups, highlights and the cut, I was the happiest version of myself in a long time ! The highlights were so neat and beautiful; the cut looked great: minimal with some soft layers. And overall look and color just fantastic I'm so happy I finally found a salon and a stylist to return to. Morgan is amazing: sweet, professional, detailed- oriented meanwhile fast and she loves her job and cares about her client. And her prices: really affordable. The Salon itself is very clean and looks extra cute. The receptionist Milla was just a sweetheart.
