(this child is in leggings and a neon hoodie, no she doesn't WANT it but she's picking so she can have it ) anyways- the decor is just welcoming but also very sparkly (my kind of place, lol) and the staff are very personable and attentive! i love the way my nails came out (upgraded to gel on my toes for the spring!) and again- they were amazing! we were there probably about 80-90 minutes in all, were already seated by the actual appointment time and getting primped and prepped! (ps- there's not a lot to do in the plazas surrounding them lol it's all restaurant, one Walgreens and a dance studio, martial arts, etc... don't arrive thirty plus minutes early thinking there is! but the downtime to settle in and relax was nice! ) all in all, i would rate a 96% - the seating on the pedicure bar was not super comfy for a 5'10" woman with long legs, but that was quite literally my only complaint!!!

Gel manicures are a bit more expensive but if I'm going to pay to have my nails done at all I'd rather pay a bit more and have the manicure last for two weeks instead of the two days regular polish tends to last on me. However some manicure-ists don't get as close to the cuticle and it looks really grown out by the end of the week, or they don't cover the tips and it chips quickly, or they let the edges build up and it peels off faster. She did none of these things, the manicure looks great, and I'm happy! (She doesn't have the hugest selection of colors, but at least for gel I thought it was sufficient; if you're getting a normal polish manicure you might think about bringing a color if you're picky.)
