They Wouldn't accept my return on an unused, brand new with tags item because I didnt have my receipt. I understand my responsibility to have a proof of purchase. However to not even have an exchange or store credit offered when clearly the item still had their original price tags on it is absurd. They could have issued me store credit, charged a restocking fee, and they would still have us as customers. Store credit would not only guarantee a return customer, but it would also show ' good faith ' and appreciation to their customers. We wont be returning. And im sure thats exactly what they wanted given how they treat people.

Andrea was super helpful and patient in answering all the questions I had as a complete newbie and recommending necessary supplies. There was no upselling or hints that I'd be better off buying the premium sets as a beginner, which I appreciated. She actually recommended a much more affordable beginning basics set when I told her I was new to all this. I felt free to browse around all the beautiful supplies and ended up buying everything I needed to get started.
