Edit to owners second response: my initial review was in no way rude, it was honest and I actually left out details to show kindness to the stylist. It's not her fault, I never even said her name and that was on purpose. No one was "put on blast" (how old are we?) It was simply an accurate description of my experience. Blaming me for the HUGE CHUNCK missing from my hair is funny. Yes I had cut my own bangs, no they were not fixed by the stylist...clearly, look at the picture. Since the owner knew who I was. She also could have called me, she chose instead to argue like a teenager over Yelp. For new potential clients to see. I'd. Be. Mortified.
