I called Studio 41 with the intent to angrily voice my frustrations and dissatisfaction with my project and salesperson. The customer service representative who answered the phone saved my day! After speaking with Jadah Gonzalez, my mood improved and I better understood the process and procedures and timing of Studio 41's service. At the time of my call my direct salesperson was unavailable and had it not been for Ms. Gonzalez, I would have pulled my business from Studio 41 and wrote a scathing review. Her calm demeanor and kind tone (though I was clearly livid) helped me to calm down as well. She listened without interrupting, asked a few questions and was able to assess my situation and get me the information and clarity I needed. All customer service training at Studio 41 should be modeled after Ms. Gonzalez if not taught by her. Jada Gonzalez turned Lemons into Lemonade!!! My husband ordered stock cabinets for a rental property rehab on Monday morning. The sales person advised that they would deliver (to the store) on Tuesday afternoon. Tuesday I called and was advised that they had not yet delivered. Wednesday and Thursday I waited....Friday (today), I called and was less than happy (and not exactly pleasant) to discover the cabinets still had not yet arrived to the store. Luckily, I spoke with Jada Gonzalez this morning and she was determined to locate my order and provide me with a valid delivery date. Honestly, i was already pleased with her level of professionalism and customer service after our call, BUT when she called me back 4 hours later (aka 10 minutes ago) to advise that my order had arrived I was truly astonished. Unbeknownst to me my designer no longer works for Studio41. I had been trying to obtain the status on my kitchen cabinets and had been sending emails with no response. Finally I came into the showroom; however, all the designers were busy. Jadah took down all my information and assured me that she would follow up with me. Not only did she follow up in a timely manner she also was able to get my cabinets transferred from the warehouse to 83rd and the informed me as soon a s the truck arrived but let me know it would be a couple hours before they were checked in. My husband and I have been rehabbing homes in the Chicago area for several years and have been using Studio 41 (different locations) for our cabinets. Joanna Hernandez at the south side location is by FAR the best rep we have worked with! She is extremely knowledgeable with inventory and is able to assist us with whatever we need, offering advice on layouts and design. She is also always available when I need help and returns emails, calls, texts promptly. Even if I am rehabbing a property on the other side where another Studio 41 location may be, I still work with Joanna at her location because I can expect a consistent high quality of work. I was interested in finding a new contemporary sink, and base for my bathroom, but had no idea of what was not just beautiful, but a good quality product, I was assisted by a young lady name Demetra who was knowledgeable and, assist me in my selection by identifying many quality sinks, and base that were stylish and within my budget.
