I'd never done Pilates until this week and I think I may be hooked. So far I've taken two classes with Sally and she is awesome. She explains everything very clearly and makes sure everyone has correct form so you don't have to worry about pulling something out of wack. Sally's on it. She won't let that happen. Along with being a well informed and effective instructor Sally is incredibly welcoming and warm. As for Pilates itself, I may have finally found the exercise that I look forward to! Is that possible?? Apparently it is. In the wise words of Kim Kardashian, "It's like an easy workout, but you feel it, so it's not annoying, you know?" I do know, Kim. I certainly feel it.

Sallie takes the time to show you the correct positions in order to avoid injury and target the right muscles. She is willing to stop and answer questions and demonstrates the positions clearly. There seems to be a mix of younger and older participants. The classes are small so you are able to get individual attention. The studio itself is very clean and the decor is classy. I took a Mind Body Barre method class with Caitlin at the Rehoboth location and it was honestly one of the better exercise classes I've taken in recent years. The class runs about an hour and includes elements of ballet, Pilates, and yoga. The class runs at a moderate speed and is accompanied by modern pop music for the entire hour so it really keeps your energy up. The facility is spacious, clean, and well lit. the studio provides all of the equipment you will use in class but I would highly recommend bringing water and a towel. Parking is decent but I would arrive early to get a spot near the entrance. Overall I had a wonderful experience and I'm looking forward to visiting the studio again!

The staff working here are very kind and friendly and were there at the beginning of class welcoming everyone. Even though I couldn't keep up with the class, I was never made to feel uncomfortable about it. The instructor was great at teaching the yoga class.
