Within one month I was doing exercises that I had never done before. Most of them I thought I couldn't do. But the trained staff showed me, patiently, how to do it and let me do it at my level. In one month I have been able to run, which I couldn't do, and my blood sugar dropped 100 points. The bonus is that I lost 14 lbs as well. It doesn't matter what your fitness level is. Nope not the case here and I for one was very very disappointed. This is my third time doing CROSSFIT and this one for sure was my worst experience. Gave them two stars because the actual members looked like they were having a good workout. In the mean time the last time I went, I was like you can keep the money. Jack Hammond and I regularly met throughout the week for 60-minute training sessions. I can't emphasize this enough-- his enthusiasm, encouragement, and overall knowledge about training undoubtably helped me achieve my goals. Not only did he constantly challenge and push me to improve and train harder; but he did so with a positive attitude. Obviously just by looking at Jack, you'll be able to tell he knows a thing or two about fitness and lifting (the guy is ~~ripped~~), but what sets Jack apart from the other "bro-science" personal trainers, is that he is ACE-certified, has a bachelor's degree in kinesiology, and also has experience with college athletics. His overall understanding about fitness is all backed by his years of experience + knowledge about science-based explanations ... now I don't know about you, but I don't think I could have asked for a more qualified trainer. Due to personal obligations and a career change, I'm no longer able to train at Method as regularly. The good news is that I'll always be able to keep the lessons I've been taught on proper form, correct movements, acceptable adjustments, and lastly-- my higher and improved self-esteem.

Upon leaving the owner was talking to a disgruntled client and I over heard ( she was a nurse who's been working this whole time and no symptoms so she hasn't gotten tested , Denise was very apologetic but said she would not be able to take a class seeing as how she's been exposed to covid at work ). Being in healthcare myself ( not working now )I can see both sides of the story but I think Denise made the right call considering People work out in close proximity/indoors .
