She was professional and friendly and made me feel comfortable. I asked for a full body skin cancer screening and had her examine a few spots/growths. She suggested snipping one skin tag and freezing the other area (cryotherapy). Quick and easy. She suggested I return annually for skin cancer screening. I made my appt for next year- it had been years since my last skin screening. It never seems to be included in my annual physical. Office was clean, well organized and well-staffed. Very efficient. They do bill insurance for medical Derm.

Worse than the "just a wave, no introduction" was the actual wax itself: forget about the usual going home and needing to pluck a few hairs (emphasis on FEW); in this case, I went home and looked around to find someone who did "patch areas" AND could get me in quickly because there was an entire section that had not been waxed!!! It didn't occur to me to LOOK before I got dressed, but now I know I should check out the handiwork before leaving. That was another $20 added on (as well as the time of finding someone and going to the appointment), so it definitely wasn't a great experience!

I do not understand the disconnect between why the person I was talking to (Andrea) had told me she received my email and was "planning on calling me back." and why I still had to argue about why I should receive my deposit of $250 back. I talked to the manager, who also made it hard for me initially (giving me the same spiel about 48 hours, when I did?!!) but eventually gave me my money back. This tells me: They do not care about their policies (because I did just as they required). It was about keeping my deposit. Money.
