Her dedication to her career exudes from her sweet, caring spirit right to the hands she uses to perform her work. From the moment you walk in Visage Sculpture, you are greeted by her very sweet mother, the office manager. While filling out paperwork, you can treat yourself to coffee, tea, and cookies which is not only a delight, but is quite relaxing before your procedure! I went to Masha for forehead lines and deep eye troughs that were causing me to look much more tired and older than I am. I had been contemplating a blepharoplasty for the bags, but saw on her website that there was a non-surgical option. Much to my relief, after meeting Masha, I was a candidate for this option and I had it done the same day as my consultation. Masha made plenty of time for me to go over all my options, clarifying how they each work, the costs, how long they'd last, etc. She was very careful to make sure that I was comfortable with my choices and assured me we would go slow to create the most natural look possible. The treatment itself was mostly painless. At no point did I feel uncomfortable which was a huge relief. I got Juvaderm in my forehead and Restylane and Sculptra in my eye troughs. Though it did take a couple weeks to see the effects on my forehead, I was *stunned* by the results in my eye troughs. I had been so self conscious about them for years, and to see the results I hoped for be achieved right before my very eyes (literally!) was amazing. It has been three months and I am still quite pleased with my results. Though I don't have to see Masha again for a little while, I am happy knowing that I will return for more improvements. I have been coming to Visage Sculpture every ~3/4 months for around 2 years. I have done botox, sculptra, fillers and kybella, and you would never know I had anything done by looking at me - I look like myself except refreshed and a few years younger than I would otherwise.  I have seen some other great providers in the past but there is NO ONE like Masha.  She is a true artist, and it is evident in every interaction I've had with her.  Being skilled, knowledgeable and detail-oriented is extremely important in this field and Masha is all those things to the highest degree but what I appreciate most about her is her integrity, patience and honesty. I am very picky and difficult to please when it comes to my face (aren't most of us?) and she NEVER makes me feel rushed - she will talk through every thought I have and thoroughly explain the pros/cons of different procedures.  She never pushes procedures on me, and in fact does the opposite, she has respectfully persuaded me not to do certain things and I can't thank her enough for that.  Beauty is a fickle thing and most of us are pretty harsh on ourselves; she understands that and never takes advantage of it.  I never have to worry about looking overdone. At this point, I have spent many hours with her and I truly trust her and genuinely enjoy coming to see her. Masha is as talented at what she does, as she is caring about her patients. I came to see her after several unsuccessful attempts by a neurologist and an acupuncturist to cure my debilitating migraines. The neurologist suggested Botox, and a friend recommended Masha. I have never had any injections done before and was a bit nervous - after all it was my face we were dealing with! Masha put me at ease right away, saying that she will inject a very small dose, only to see if it cures the migraines. I was very happy with the result - it looked natural and the headaches were gone! Every time I come to see her she adjusts the dose and the location of the injections based on my desire not to look "frozen" - she injects a small amount into my forehead and more into my hairline to get rid of the headaches. Over the past two years, I have seen Masha 3 times and spent less than $2500 total. She is about as generous and kind a human being as she is talented at her craft. She has a passion about improvements (small and large) in peoples appearances that make them feel better about themselves and their age. She likes slow and steady (and affordable) measures and looks at the long-term plan rather than major work and major $$$ all at one time. I got the rhinoplasty procedure done in August and it didn't stay completely at first, so I had to come in for a couple of touch ups since then. Believe the reviews. Masha has all five star reviews for a reason. She is more technically skilled than any plastic surgeon I have ever been to for injections. I would never go to a plastic surgeon again for injectables after my experience with Masha. Injections is what she does, she knows more about facial structure and the placement of various injectables than anyone I've ever been to. She was able to look at my face and tell me exactly what I needed for a more youthful appearance, which included Botox and Sculptra. When I told her I had been unhappy with my nose my whole life and was considering surgery, she recommended first trying a filler in very specific spots on my nose.
