As we're going through the tunnel I noticed the brush on the drivers side is not working, just hanging there like a wet noodle. I mentioned it to the guy at the end of the tunnel but he just shrugged his shoulders. Next stop the guy to dry the car and polish the tires. Well the put a lot of effort into pretending to polish the tires. Sunday morning I take my car in for the same wash. Brush is still not working. So I mention it to the guy drying my car. He says oh yea I heard that. I guess there's no plan to fix it. I noticed that the mirror that's not getting brushed is filthy. The dryer guy doesn't seem to care, why should he. Next he puts a dirty rag on my windshield while pretending to polish my tires which left a big smudge. I ask him to clean it and he looks me like I have a lot of nerve. So let's get down to the nitty gritty. In my business I'm very familiar with this type of business. They're known as "cash cows ". That's right stand a couple of monkeys outside and just collect the money. Well what I typically see is when a business starts having financial problems they stop maintaining the equipment. I go there today, a month later, to get my car wash, present my receipt, and the first guy who worked there said " oh this is a month old, you can't use this". I explained to him there was no time limit on this and that I don't get my car washed every 2 weeks. The 2 nd guy said he's never seen this kind of "situation ". I asked for the manager. I waited 10 minutes, then asked for him again. They kept on telling me he was coming. Waited..... Here comes a man walking angrily to my car, annoyed. He states that this scenario never happened at his car wash because the workers would never do thst. He said They would give peoples money back. He treated me like I was lying about this. He said many times that this did not happen at his car wash, He was very aggressive. Meanwhile, a month ago there was a whole line of cars that left with their receipts and no money back. He was arrogant, aggressive, and was trying to intimidate me. I am a small 50 year old nurse, who was wearing scrubs and not being completely calm. Then he said, that he was going to watch the video footage and then immediately fire whoever did this. It was so ridiculous. For a $40 car wash. Needless to say that he was so belligerent, I did not even want him washing my car. I will never go there again.

When I brought this to the attention of the staff, I was told by Nelson that the damage did not occur at their facility, with suggestions that it was caused by my windshield wipers or a pre-existing issue. As this is a one-year-old lease, I am concerned about the significant impact of this damage. While they offered me touch-up paint and a free polish, this does not address the underlying issue of the paint loss. I am disappointed in both the lack of accountability and the quality of service provided.

I used the high pressure soap and high pressure rinse settings and they were good. Did not use the foam brush, the brush looked worn out. Also used their vacuums which they have plenty of, $2 gets you over 3 mins and those also accept credit cards. The vacuum I paid for was not good though, very low suction. But I will definitely come back for the self car wash when I'm in the area.

Today was an usually warm day and everyone wanted their cars cleaned. It was a mad house trying to get in as well as trying to drive out after your car was finished. I'm knocking off a star for that move. Other than they couldn't handle too many cars, the folks do work really hard here. I brought my SUV here and the place is a hand washed car wash. I'm saying, how will they get the high roof?? Easy peasy, they had a ladder the guy hustled up on, and brushed it. I thought that was kinda kool. BUT once I use my groupons up I will be heading back to my normal car wash spot because they do so much better than you and take more pride in what they do. This place is decent, they offer rain insurance with the higher price washes but the guys get a little too lax at times for my liking. I mean if you don't have a groupon you could be paying almost $27 for smudgy windows and filth on your back bumper that was there before you get your car washed (it's happened to me). C'mon! My usual spot is usually $22 before tip and my car looks like it just came out of the showroom. Also heads up there is no shade to sit in here while they dry your car so your left standing/sitting there to roast. I also don't understand why they like to leave your car idling with the AC on full blast when they are drying the outside of your car. Get the groupons if you want reasonable washes otherwise goto Holbrook Car Wash on Vets and get a phenomenal washing & cleaning!
