I've been coming here for 2 years! Since I purchased my SUV, I really needed to have a place to wash my truck. I used to work at Hertz Rental Car and had to wash cars multiple times a day for almost 3 years. So I value a good car wash site. Just went to this car wash, loved the customer service, which is surprising considering this is a stay in car drive through wash. I am somewhat seasoned in age, and figuring out the electronic menu option was interesting. Within less than a minute a nice young man with glasses, and a hat came out to help me. I'm annoyed about an experience I just had. It wasn't busy but one of the employees was talking to the person in the car in front of me and I sat there for about 5 minutes while they were chatting and I asked him if I could use the machine on the other side. He replied "I got you" which didn't answer my question at all. So I waited another minute and then I backed up and went to the machine on the other side and the employee was rude to me. Told me not to back up like that and then told me that I had to go around and come back so I left. I just wanted to know how much longer they were going to fucking take because I was literally sitting there for 5 minutes when all I had to do was pay and go through but for some reason the person in front of me wanted to have a whole conversation with him. I was a frequent visitor at A to Z carwash so I purchased a monthly plan. Often dissatisfied with the quality of the wash. After going to the carwash for many months, my car was damaged while in the carwash. I clearly heard something in the wash snag my bumper and once through the wash i drove around to dry my car. Took a look and saw that my bumper was unhinged. Some of the pins that had been holding it were pulled off. I notified the attendant who told me to go to the website and document what happened. Which I did. A person by the name Adam reached out to me and said he would review the footage from inside the carwash. After reviewing he came back with a claim that my bumper was already damaged (which was totally untrue). I made the mistake of not filing a claim because this representative was clearly not accepting fault for the damage this carwash caused. Although this is a local car wash, the quality is terrible. All surrounding carwashes in this area clean your vehicles much better and the customer service is professional. Keep in mind that if for any reason your vehicle is damaged while in the carwash, the representative (owner) is not going to accept responsibility. Even with footage of the incident. read more

I usually bring my work truck here, as this is one of the few Car Washes on Long Island that have the clearance to take larger vehicles, and it's a hand wash so there is less of a chance of damage occurring to the vinyl wrap. I'm not saying it's right, but I wonder if the negative reviews (some damage and mostly poor cleaning) occurred because they were trying to pull off a rush-job for an impatient customer. In my experience they have always done a fantastic job. Yes, the wait time is a bit excessive (typically at least 30-40 minutes), but it's worth it for the attention to detail. read more

If I was able to leave 0 stars I would. Worth the read. I have been going to this car wash for almost a year now after moving into the area. Today I visited the car wash and it was very busy. Of course they're squeezing cars in as usual so close to each other to make room for more cars. You know, more cars=more money. While the car that was in front of me was finishing the drying process, his car was stopped and mine was still being pushed forward by the rollers. My car rolled into his car because the car wash rollers kept pushing me forward. MIND YOU, they are supposed to have sensors in the wash that stop the rollers from situations like this from occurring. I saw the car wash attendant standing at the driver in front of me window. Not sure if they were having a normal conversation causing a possible pile-up in the car wash or what but the car wash attendant sent the car in front of me on his way. NOT asking if I wanted to speak with that person just in case of possible damage or anything like that. The car wash attendant waved me to come forward, i rolled my window down to ask if there was damage to my car and he said "park in mavis." (which is the business next door to them) After parking in there and seeing there was damage to my front bumper and grille, I walked up to the attendant and told him, he said "you have to wait" as he continued to wave other customers into the car wash line. I understood they were busy, so I went in my car and waited. After a half hour of waiting and the car wash attendant just staring at me, not calling anyone, going to get anyone, I decided to leave. I called the number on google for this business and it rings to a pre-recorded message with no option to talk to anyone. I went to their website and filled out their "contact us" form. Within a half hour I received a response from Adam Ascher, telling me "we dont have the ability to address those issues on the spot unfortunately when it's this busy, and we cannot shut the wash down to do so." and went on to say they would check the cameras and see what occurred. I received another email 2 hours later saying "I saw the incident, ill look into it as soon as possible." My question is, why do you need to look into it if you saw the incident? It happened right in front of many cameras, any angle you needed you could see. Another hour went by and I received another email with a picture of the license plate of the car that was in front of me and them telling me that I can file a report with the police if I wish to pursue it. I responded with telling them it wasn't the car in front of me fault. It was the car wash fault for squeezing the cars in so close together and for not having the car wash stop the rollers when it senses a car is stuck, and that my lawyer would be in contact. I then received a nasty email back from Adam, telling me "We cannot be responsible for driver error. I don't really care for your threats - we did NOTHING wrong, the jeep operator caused your issue. Your blame is misguided, but i'm not going to argue with you. Have whomever you wish contact me here if need be. Your account has been deactivated, and since you've decided to take this to an unnecessary level, please do not return to the wash. Have a great week." Then I got another email saying "sir save it. Once you threatened me the conversation was over." I never threatened anyone, I have email proof of that. All I said was that my lawyers would be in contact. Only a guilty party would take that as a threat. And how are you as a business owner or manager going to tell a customer they are taking their car being damaged to an unnecessary level? And how does a business just cancel my membership I paid for just a week ago and not refund the money? Not even a pro-rated amount? This business does NOT care about their customers. They only care about washing as many cars as they can per day. If your car gets damaged, they will blame everyone else and not pay for your repairs. DO NOT WASH YOUR CAR HERE!!!! read more

Excellent car wash! Under the new ownership, they only do exteriors but they have an area off to the side with self-service vacuums for your interior. When you enter the parking lot, you stay to the left if you want a single wash and you stay to the right if you are a member. As a member, you can pick from four different packages. I have the highest package which includes the triple color wax, tire shine, etc. You stay in your car as it goes through the car wash and the whole thing takes less than two minutes. This place is very convenient and I love that I have a monthly membership so I can go as often as I need or want to. read more

Critical: Professionalism I had a monthly subscription to this car wash for over a year. Everything was fine when you go through dirty and come out clean. What about when their equipment malfunctions and a car hops the track two vehicles up, the vehicle in front of you hits them and your windshield is full of soap so you have no idea you car is about tobsmack in to that one? That's when they deny responsibility and tell you to call your insurance company instead of theirs. What about when they ask you to park your car in the back, you do and when you tell them you called an officer to make a report, they ask you to then pull off the property because these spots are for their customers, you are hurting their business? That's when they ban you from there because you're being uncooperative. What about when they go in your car with your child in it to take what they claim is their sticker? That's when they say they are just taking back their property. What about when you ask to see the video to get the info for the other vehicle they let leave that supposedly caused the problem? Yeah, that's when they are no longer a good business to deal with. I give them a 5 star every other day but then today happens and all those five stars are out the window! Note: this cannot be compared to a car wash that spends half hour drying and vacuuming etc your car for you. However, for what this is, which is an easy and fast way to get your car clean, it is great. I hate trying new places but I heard from my son that it was easy to use. Seriously, easy as can be. Drive up to a screen and choose what you want. A man who worked there came over to see if I needed help. He was pleasant and made me feel more confident in using the system as it was my first visit. I got the $20 wash and had flashbacks of childhood when rainbow foam appeared on the windows. I wasn't going to use the vacuums but there was so many available that I pulled in to try. Not worth the money. Paid $50 (including tip) for exterior and interior cleaning. Outside was decent but they missed some stuck on bird poo. Interior was a nightmare. They basically hose down the inside by spraying it with some kind of cleaning solution and don't bother to wipe it off. I spent 30 minutes cleaning the interior to get rid of the spatter marks and getting all the spots they missed. Considering it took nearly an hour I would have expected better. read more

The WORST PATHETIC car was I've ever been to!! First time there in June and had 4 cars in front of me. I paid $34.00 and waited about 25 minutes before deciding to go to the store next door figuring my car would be done by the time I got back.
