As the car has leather seats, and full WeatherTech floor liners, getting out the dust and crumbs should be easy sledding. Not so fast apparently. I again chose the highest service wash they offer and as I got out of the car the attendant looked in the car and said "We can't do that for your car". After I questioned why, he replied that the car was too dirty and needed an appointment to have detailing done. I said I just wanted to have the service complete and I would decide if I needed additional services after I saw the outcome. to this he told me, "We can do the outside, not inside". I asked "Don't you have a vacuum?" the reply came and stunned me "Not for your car. You haven't been here in two years." The kicker to all this is when I said to him "I don't understand" of course meaning "I do not understand how a Car Wash is refusing to WASH a CAR because it is too dirty, his response in Broken heavily accented English was "Do you speak English?" As we're going through the tunnel I noticed the brush on the drivers side is not working, just hanging there like a wet noodle. I used the high pressure soap and high pressure rinse settings and they were good. Did not use the foam brush, the brush looked worn out. Also used their vacuums which they have plenty of, $2 gets you over 3 mins and those also accept credit cards. The vacuum I paid for was not good though, very low suction. But I will definitely come back for the self car wash when I'm in the area.
