I can't begin to tell you how amazing NASA Complete Auto Repair is. I called around for a quotes. I either couldn't reach businesses or they were unwilling to provide quotes over the phone. Not even rough estimates. NASA Auto Repair not only provided a quote, but they gave the lowest quote. I took my vehicle in for rear brake pads, rear rotor replacement, and brake flush. That's what the dealership told me I needed. It was ready in less than 3 hours! When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, they explained what they did and even showed me the parts they removed. Well, I didn't need new rotors. They replaced my front pads as a precaution and it was only a few dollars more. They warranty their work. After waiting for more than an hour at another mechanic's shop, who didn't even have the decency to show up, I looked for other shops in the area and came across this one. I called and asked about having my CV joints replaced. Mr. Austin was very polite and told me he would give me a discount. Terrible brought my Hyundai genesis to get a o2 bung welded on my downpipe and messed it up while charging me $110 for the service that they did. When other muffler shops charge you only $20-40 bucks. I do not recommend this place if anyone is doing anything to their exhaust system. While looking at the reviews and the site i decided to give it a try and get a third opinion on the car. From when i walked in to when i left i have gotten nothing but positive vibes and smiles. Austin, the owner told me what the problem was and helped me find a good solution to fix it that helped with my budget which i was really happy about. I needed a oil change and was running out of time but had to get it done bc of going out of town the next day. So I chose this place bc it was conveniently located instead of going where I normally would go. I arrived 20 mins before they were suppose to close and honestly thought I would be turned away or treated poorly bc of it being so late. Instead i was welcomed with a smile and everyone was so nice. I had a little bit of a wait however that was no problem for me, bc I was just so appreciative for the service. When it was time for me to leave I realized that not only did I get my oil changed but they washed and detailed the car as well free of charge.
