Shortly afterward, we started bingo, and many guests stayed inside participating rather than coming out for churros. When I went out to get some churros for guests inside, I asked if they were leaving soon. I was told they were and asked if I could have the remaining tray to pass out to guests. The gentleman told me they were taking the leftovers to their next event. That response surprised me, especially since I was standing with the person who had paid for the catering service. Later, when I returned, they changed their mind and gave me the remaining tray along with a bag for the coffee vendor. While I appreciated the gesture, the initial response left a negative impression. The churros themselves were excellent, but based on my overall experience with the service, I personally would not hire them for an event.

The place was really chill on the people were really friendly. This place is located in Sylmar, which is where the 5 and the 405 converge. So if I haven't gotten food yet, it's a great stop on the way up to see my folks in the Bay Area. So glad I did. I think I should start making a tradition whenever I drive up.
