This spot is aight. I came here in a Wednesday and that's when they have tacos for $1 and they still make the tortilla a mano. The deal is only for al pastor, chicken and chorizo. The asada I believe is their best carne. Well seasoned and cooked. Al pastor is a pass. The marinade isn't too flavorful. Chorizo is decent. Wish it would have been grilled longer but still good. Buche was cooked well but lacked in any flavor. Suadero same thing. Cooked but had no flavor. Was just gelatinous This was almost some of the best Jamaican I've ever had but I felt it was a tad bit too sugary. Really good though didn't survive the trip home good. Good assortment of salsas. The tomatillo and picante one was really good. They have pico de gallo, onions, cilantro, limes, marinated cebollas y habanero. Just buyer beware the pico might have been sitting in the sun and I'm pretty sure I got an upset stomach from this. Nothing wrong about Ochoa but for me it's your average taco spot. Jamaica, asada and tortillas stand out here. read more

Tacos 8choa's was really good in Pacoima Across from Target Next to Rhe Churros MEXICO al Estilo Puebla and a Lady that Sales Bomb CHAMPURRADO AND ATOL DE ELOTE.. So I always Rate the Carne Asada TACO just by tasting the meat without any condiments they meat has good Flavor and does not taste Smokey lIke the Tacos place 200 feet away, The Tacos al PASTOR are good had 1 Taco without any condiments and the meat has very good flavor.. Best freaking place in Pacoima, best place in the 818. The Pastor is marinada to perfection. Slowly cook as it should be. Tijuana got nothing on this tacos. My son's fave are burritos con queso. Melted grill cheese then tortilla on top until it melts. The staff are so awesome and friendly. The salsa bar is amazing & you can top your tacos with as much toppings as you want. The avocado salsa is better than TJ I'm serious... They have chairs if you wish to eat there, which I recommend because there's absolutely nothing better then to eat tacos, mulitas, burritos as they come out. The music: happy Latin ritmos Aniceto Molina which makes me so happy to eat Mexican Tacos while I listening to Salvadoreño style jams. This taco stand is right in front of the target plaza center on laurel canyon and I gotta say best tacos in town,even my dad that comes visit from Tijuana says are the best. I love this taco stand. I've never had any issues with them and always taste good. . . Today I bought a pastor burrito and it was DRENCHED In grease! When I got home the bag the burrito was in was smothered in grease and oil. The burrito looked like a wet burrito. Took a bite and I just couldn't not eat it. Disappointing. read more

This taco spot has really good tacos for 1.25$ each regardless of the meat type. Other tacos places charge you extra for the different meat, they don't. They have a table laid out for salsas & other taco needs. This taco stand is a must try spot. If you are in the area, you have to stop by and try this place. The carne asada meat was grilling and chopped up to be placed in my burrito! They literally do it in front of you. And omg the quesadilla it is exquisite. The way they do their quesadilla is unique. They first put cheese in the grill and add the tortilla on top and flip over the quesadilla and add whatever meat you ask for! It is amazing to watch how they do their quesadilla! This place will not disappoint you. However, it is only cash, but don't let that stop you on coming here!
