They were amazing, they communicated extremely well, and did exactly what they said they would do. They had to use the crane to lift the trees over the roof of my house, nothing even came close to my house, even though some of the area's they worked in were really tight. They dropped the trees close to the ground, then the ground crew pushed them into the street BEFORE anything touched the ground. Throughout the process they had the blowers running, making sure my yard stayed clear of any debris. When they were finished, they again blew the yard to remove any debris, and cleaned the street as well. There wasn't so much as a leaf left behind when they finished! The entire crew was friendly and communicated very well throughout the entire process. I can't say enough good things about the crew that did the work! Several other companies had told us "nope" because of the trees' locations (we also had power lines to deal with), but Keith came out several times and walked the site with us and came up with a plan. He also suggested we wait until the ground froze- I'm SO glad he did! The equipment (they had to use a giant crane) didn't damage the lawn or landscaping at all. The team showed up early, got everything set up quickly, and got straight to work. I think they ended up taking down around 20 trees using the crane- watching the crew at work was very impressive! They team was on site for two days, and they were all super professional, very friendly, and worked very hard the whole time. The results are amazing- our yard looks like it doubled in size, and the sunshine is already coming in. SNH Tree's team did an incredible clean up job- I swear they picked up every branch and pine needle that fell. They took care of all the logs, brought their own chipper and took care of the chips, etc. You'd never know that they were here, except for the trees being gone! And they even used their bobcat to scrape our driveway of all the ice (thank you!!).
