I've gone to this place for years, and unfortunately the quality of services has just gone downhill. The only reason I continue to go is because they are very appreciative of other peoples time, so if you make an appointment with multiple people they will try to make sure everyone finishes at the same time. I've gotten multiple services here; gel mani/pedi, dip powder mani, and regular polish mani/pedi (OPI brand is what I always choose). For the gel pedi, I never have an issue, but for gel manis it's always sloppy. For dip powder it really just depends on what tech you get. For regular nail polish, it's also sloppy as well. If you are in a rush and need your nails done quick, then I recommend them! But if you are looking for a regular nail place, I would look elsewhere. read more

The only reason why I'm giving this 4 stars is because I was told a basic pedicure was $25 on their menu, but was charged $45. I would go back however because they did a great job and great service. I have been a client for at least 10 years for pedicures and waxing. Pedicures have always been amazing, but there has been a huge decline in the amount/length of the massage that comes with the service. I find it really depends on how busy they are at the time, how long the massage will last. They also used to include a shoulder rub for tip, but now they charge $1/minute plus tip. The last year I started doing dip powder and I LOVE MY NAILS! You can see from my photos the inspiration and the delivery. Kim, the owner works incredibly hard seven days a week. It is hit or miss with the nail techs. I'm happy 90% of the time. However, I find someone I like and they're not there next time. If I request something specific like an ombré, I check with Kim first that the tech can do the special designs, which does cost more. Dip also does not include massage so I like to add 10 minutes for $10. What I dislike the most is how all the employees speak Vietnamese to each other while they're performing your services. Only a small percentage is able to communicate with me directly and I have to ask Kim to interpret. What I like the most is EVERYONE IS SO FRIENDLY AND NICE! WALK INS ARE WELCOME. I know when the slow times are and that's when I go. They offer 100s of color options. I can bring my own color too. They play the best music (nothing offensive). They offer complimentary drinks (alcohol too). You can tip on your credit card. AND if you're not happy you can come back within 48 hours and they will fix it. There is a nail salon on every corner and I don't understand these low reviews. If you're not happy, speak up instead of hiding behind an anonymous review. read more

I have been going to this location for 2 years and have been very pleased with the service I receive. My nail technician does an incredible job and is very professional. She focuses on me and is not engaged with what going on around her, giving me her full attention. Her name is Kay, and I always request for her to do my pedicure and dip nails. Came here from out of town with my mom. Friendly nail techs, we were able to make an appointment and a complimentary beverage. A dog stepped in my foot when I get home before my toenails were set and when I rushed back they fixed it for me!! I also got powder nails and they are sooo nice! I will break my rating into the three important parts of a nail salon (for me). 1 - cleanliness: very clean. The pedicure bowls have liners. All tools used were new or just cleaned. 2 - gel manicure and regular pedicure - longevity for the polish is impressive. My nails held up to me cleaning my entire home without gloves and moving. The lines of my gel (shellac) manicure are very clean. The gel colors have a matching regular polish color for your toes. 3 - the manicure/pedicure experience. This is why I am giving a 4 instead of 5 stars. The massage portion of the experience was very lacking and almost non existent. The massage for the pedicure was 4 minutes of rubbing an exfoliant on my legs (not pleasant) 1 minute of lotion rubbing and then wrapping my legs in towels (which I believe cost extra). Little to no arm massage with my manicure. I will return. The end product is what matters most. You can have an amazing massage and terrible looking nails. I care about the latter (but please I ask to up the massage portion). read more

Absolutely loveee this place. Been a regular every two weeks for the last 4 years and I refuse to go anywhere else. Jane is amazing at what she does and I will not have anyone else do my nails. She'll give me an honest opinion of what looks good and what doesn't, that's why I trust her 100% with my nails. I'm the most picky person but she has never ever failed me. Annie is also great at doing nails! Most nail techs here give the best pedicures without rush, no matter how crowded or busy it gets so you get what you pay for, but I usually prefer to have Hannah do my pedicures. I don't usually get my lashes done but when I do, Lisa does them and they always come out beautiful! The spa itself is very clean and not to mention they offer complimentary wine and margaritas while you enjoy your mani/pedi to get the fill relaxing experience. To all my yelpers, if you're not convinced to go here after only reading two reviews then read my review on nailery before this one. Nailery was my go to place for awesomely priced pedi and manis. I always got them done by Lisa and Don and they are both nothing but AH-MAY-ZING. Lisa has now left nailery and started up this place! I came here during their grand opening special and after discovering the glorious gel manicure, I couldn't help but to add this to my tab. The great thing about my experiences with Lisa is that they've always been consistent...no rush, no mess up, just perfect. Trust me, I've had several friends who have experienced the same. I notice that some nail salons use those timers to help them keep track of the time they spend on each pedicure but Lisa takes her sweet *ss time...which is AWESOME. Emily, the cute and sassy one with a bob haircut did my gel manicure. It's been two weeks now and not one scratch or chip. I've actually gotten compliments on my nails for the first time in a long time...Hallelujah! Overall, I was extremely happy with my experience here and of course with the works of Lisa.
