Delicious coffee, friendly service and really cute merch! Great stop on our way through Sturgis.

I'm giving it 2 stars simply because the merch was some of the best I've ever seen in a coffee shop. Hoodies, mugs, t-shirts all wonderful quality. If I were rating the coffee, hands down I would give it negative stars if I could. It was the worst coffee I've ever had. I consider myself to be a coffee addict and always hit mom and pops across the country. My group all ordered a variety, from a black coffee, a cold brew, a mocha and each of us took a sip and tossed it in the outside garbage. It was a burnt bitter taste across the board. My husband will choke down a gas station coffee and is frugal AF but he had no problem tossing his as well. Sorry team. Love your shop, hate the coffee. read more

Be cautious about the quality of their clothing and their level of customer service. I purchased a women's weathered crew shirt, and after only a few wears, the material deteriorated significantly. When I contacted the owner regarding the issue, she was dismissive and unwilling to take responsibility. read more

Great coffee, food, and friendly service, plus goods to shop through. This is my 5th year and have always made a point of stopping here.

Cool place. Coffee was OK. Had music playing that was rap full of profanity...f bombs , p---y bombs etc. I asked a younger server about this and she gave a profoundly oblivious .."that's just the radio". A slightly older server agreed with my assessment. Not sure if they changed the music. Unclear who this music was being played for since the demographic this would appeal to was conspicuously absent. read more

I always prefer to find the local coffee shops when traveling, so it was nice that Sturgis Coffee Company popped up in Yelp. This company roasts its own beans and distributes to many places around South Dakota from their shop in northwestern Sturgis. They have a decent amount of parking which may get overwhelmed quickly. The interior is split between gift shop and coffee bar. I did not have to wait on a smoky Monday morning for my usual espresso. They pulled the shot quickly and served it in a custom ceramic mug. The seating area was a mix of tables with hard chairs making lingering rough. There were a few local families there enjoying the many specialty drinks. The coffee was good, although espresso is probably not their top seller. I walked by the roaster that was being used on this weekday, and saw a nice albeit small setup with some green beans being slowly roasted for another week of caffeination. They have a pretty large gift shop area too with lots of shirts and other swag to display your loyalty. Plenty of restrooms too for a pit stop. It's hard to say much bad about Sturgis Coffee Company. It's a lot like the town and must be very popular. read more

I visited here today and yesterday during the bike rally. Yesterday, I had coffee and one of their breakfast burritos. Coffee was fine, and so was the breakfast burrito. The burrito might've been a little high priced at $12, but they have to make their money while the bike rally is on. So no big whoop. Today, I went there with more or less the same plan except I had some work to do. I needed Wi-Fi, but it's a coffee place, so I figured no problem. I was wrong. When I asked the counter lady for the Wi-Fi password, she said "We have no public Wi-Fi". I had a hard time believing that there is a coffee place in 2024 which does not offer Wi-Fi. So, I couldn't do my work. I had to find someplace else, which I did. read more

Let's start out that the staff was very nice and accommodating. However, the coffee was like water. I ordered the house and tried morning wood blend. When I realized it tasted like water I sampled ever other house blend and they all were watery. My wife's mocha latte was very light as well. The staff gave me some shots of espresso to put in my coffee but it still didn't move the needle. If you drink black coffee I would ask for a sample before I purchased. read more

The Sturgis Coffee Company is a must have if you're in Sturgis. The service was amazing and the coffee is even more amazing. We ordered americano's and a vanilla latte. The coffee is smooth and has great flavor. The ambiance in the shop is on point and they have a great selection of shirts and in house roasted bags of coffee for sale. There isn't really a selection of breakfast food. They have some oatmeal cups and frozen breads to choose from. read more

This is a gem of a coffee shop located on the edge of town near the interstate. All of my party's beverages were made to order and delicious both times we visited. It's definitely not a secret though. The two time we were here, the parking lot was full and so was the shop. Highly recommended! read more

Spent a week in town in May. Great weather so the walk to this establishment was as pleasant as the service. Nice place to imbibe in some nectar of the gods and do some chin wagging with good friends. And I might add the staff at this establishment is friendly, knowledgeable and easy on the eyes. read more

We stopped here during bike week on our way through town. So as you'd imagine, it was packed with bikers. The line moved quickly, which was a bonus. The coffee was good. The service was fast and efficient. We didn't wait more than 5 minutes for our coffee. And let's be real, out west, that's a big deal! They also have a little boutique-type shop within the coffee house. They had some really cool Sturgis, South Dakota, and random things to offer. They also had a decent amount of Sturgis Coffee Company items for sale. We obviously bought a cup. We'd come back if we made our way through town. read more
