She told me I have to rebook via a link when she is the one who booked the appointment through text last time. If she did not want it booked via the link she could have said no to begin with. Very very rude that she canceled my appointment when I never asked her too. last time she canceled on me because of the snow when she said l've canceled in the past. I asked her when I canceled and got no response. Very unprofessional.

She made the time to talk to me and explain the options and procedures. While other establishments were too rigid with their prices and schedules, Candy gave me a good price and gave a time slot the next day. I was so excited and nervous at the same time. Since this will be my eyebrows for the next couple years! The next day I arrived. Candy welcomed me and made sure that I didn't have to worry. She drew the options for my eyebrows based on the shape of my face. Then gave me some suggestions. I accepted her suggestion and went on with the procedure. She applied numbing cream and waited for it to take effect. So i only felt minimal discomfort during procedure. Throughout the procedure she kept asking if I was ok. I felt I was in good care. I dozed off for a minute. Then I realized it's done! Candy showed me the mirror, making sure I was happy with the results. She explained the care for the next few days.
