The location is quite convenient (literally off the C/E line at 50th St and 8th Ave) and the studio is very clean and neat. I was there for about 2 hours and they did a terrible job on my lashes, I went to do simple refill which any place can easily get it done well with in 30-40 minutes, this place took so long and the shape came out to be terrible! MUST READ!! So the place is quite small (for 2) but nice and tranquil. I got a groupon for 110 lashes and made my appointment. I ran late for 10 min and let them know. Very courteous and quick responses which was great! MY EYELASHES Though: I had a calming experience throughout them attaching my eyelashes. However the eyelashes on the inner corner of my eye were crooked so it kept poking me and irritating my eye for the next few days. What was strange was the eyelashes on my left eye has fallen tremendously so I contacted them on Tuesday. They were apologetic and told me to come back in for a fix. I was only available on Friday after work so I appreciate them for waiting till then. By Friday before my appointment, I had to remove my lashes because there were just few left that I looked CRAZY. When I examined the lashes coming off, there was little to no glue and also glued VERYYY close to my lash line which was why my eyeballs were irritated! MY FIX VISIT: I came in and they took me in with the same technician. I let them know the situation as it was very strange. She proceeded and in the middle of it all, I got knicked on my right eyelid (HURT that I yelped). At the end, I looked at my lashes and clearly were not 110 lashes that I paid for and the owner said it was because they decided not to layer and my lashes were small. YET I looked closely and there were still lashes (healthily looking ones) that they could attach on. My lashes now on for 6 days and still irritating me cause the ones on my right eye is glued AGAIN TOO closely to my lash line. The worst set of lashes I received. I was not going to leave a review because i just figured i wouldn't go back, but each day i grow more upset. I was a first time customer on June 28, 2023. The business is clean and everyone was friendly. I loved my lashes after they were done. I do not recall the the lady who applied the lashes. However, Immediately that night as I went to bed at least 3 lashes from each eyelid fell off. I did not wash my face for 24 hours, instead i used wipes. Each day after the day I got the lashes done, lashes continued to fall off. I still did not wash my face above my nose. Normally my lashes would last 3 weeks. Days into a week a lot of lashes were gone. The location is a little hard to find because there's no sign outside that would indicate a lash business is in the building. It's in a suite so you have to pay attention to the building number to find it. They said they just opened 3 months ago, so I guess they are still working on their branding and haven't put up a sign yet. Once you get upstairs, the location is not too big, but it is extremely clean, and all of the ladies working there are friendly. You pick your length and curl style before they start doing the lashes. Bima did my lashes and she gave me exactly what I asked for! Usually at other places, a bunch of lashes would come off after the first night, but I've only experienced a little bit of shedding altogether. However I've been disappointed with the work more than once now, so I can't go back. :( First time the work was really great actually, but I didn't like the lashes I chose (they have almost too many options for customization so the ones I chose were much thinner than what I'm used to). I went back and said I want to it to look EXACTLY the same shape/length wise, just using the thicker lashes. This time it was a MESS! The technician was slow, kept poking me in the eye or ripping my lashes out (kind of scary actually) and the results were awful. The shape was all over the place, lashes were crooked / criss crossed, length was SO much longer than before. I don't know WHAT she was doing. She also glued TWO of my lashes to the bottom lashes. This time the shape still didn't look anything like what I'd asked! And on one eye she didn't go all the way to the side so my eyes were extremely lopsided. If I had made an appt for the same day why would I have called and asked if I can change my Groupon appt to today instead of tomorrow. I called you not the other way around. And when I asked if I could change the appointment to today you said no because you wouldn't honor my Groupon so how could it be that your tech was rushing to make an appointment that you wouldn't give me? And the last time I was there was in 2019 and again no where on the Groupon did it say it was only valid for first time customers so that is something you should update on Groupon. Lastly, not only was I asking for an appointment but I offered to pay the difference between the Groupon price and your price, you had nothing to lose at that point so I don't understand why you wouldn't agree? What do you have to lose by agreeing to have me pay the difference? I have never ever experienced such bad customer service over something like this. My experience at Pari Lash was excellent. The place is very small, and you are not in a private room but I didn't mind. It is pretty and very clean. They prices and discounts are fair/reasonable. The intake person gave me choices of lash style/lengths/curl. I was able to get a very last-minute appointment and late in the evening on a Friday, which I thought was a miracle. I especially want to compliment my lash technician, Deby. She was kind, gentle, soothing, and attentive. On top of that, she did an excellent job with my lashes. The workers are kind but speak little to no English. I went to the company 3 times. The first was perfect. And they only charged me $50 for a refill from a previous lash service. The second time was horrible the lash technician put way too many lashes on and it did not look natural it looked like an eye lash strip or clusters which defeats the purpose of getting this technique. They also charged me $65. The third time I went I told the technician not to put too many because I want to look natural. She did not understand and put too many again. I checked out and they charged $85 for a refill. I challenged the owner because I got tired of being charged different prices each time. He made up illegitimate reasons as to why. So this particular time I made him write down the prices. Today I called before booking to confirm the price the owner said $95 for my refill. I told him I have his business card that HE GAVE ME WITH HIS HAND WRITING OF THE PRICES. The price according to his handwriting was $60 for a 4week refill and he was charging me $30 dollars more than what HE SAID AND WROTE ON HIS BUSINESS CARD. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE! The owner is a scam artist and changes the price each time you come. I am also a licensed cosmetologist and know for a fact that all the technicians are not licensed. For the record I did not go on a Groupon I went because someone referred me to this business. It is unfortunate that they put that reference to shame due to being scam artist. read more

I went to Pari Lash on August 22 Thursday evening and got a set of 140 lashes per eye. When I went into Pari Lash the staff was very friendly even offered me water. We then spoke about which lash style, curl and length I wanted to get. My lashes were applied by a lady named Bina. She did my lashes well and I liked them initially. I know how to take care of my lashes because I've always done individual lashes so I'm very upset that 90% of my lashes are gone unfortunately. I was going to get a fill in but it's not even a week later and it looks like I went in and got 40 lashes applied not 140. I'm highly disappointed in that regard because my lashes shouldn't look as if I didn't just get a fresh set less than a week ago. read more
