She greeted me and I sat down and waited for my turn. My eyebrows were a bit uneven, left one was thicker than the right. I've only had them over plucked and then I remembered why I only usually see Sita or wait for her on her days at two of the other locations. I don't want to bash on the lady that was here, but I'll let my brows grow back a bit and go back to my usual lady. Also, I was charged more than their posted price in the window.

They do not clean them, the use the same brush on everyone, no sanitizing no nothing they wipe with a tissue and on to the next! I've seen this happen more than once, I've complained and asked for a new brush be used and nothing. This lady did 3 people before me and I watched her use the same gloves and brush on all 3 people. That's not ok nor sanitary so I made a complaint to the health department.

The materials she uses are of good quality and the glue is strong that the extensions hardly fall out unless I accidentally rub my eyes roughly.
