Dr. Willis decided not to perform Smart lipo on me day of surgery thus performing traditional liposuction instead. I have made several attempts via phone messages left with Anuisha Roberts for John Holmes, Surgeon Coordinator to contact me regarding my refund. The staff have texted John regarding my refund, they have also left him messages. I have been told by Anuisha that John does not have regular scheduled hours. Anuisha has repeatedly told me on several occasions that she would contact me when my check was ready for pickup, I have never received a phone call from her or any staff regarding my refund. Anuisha told me that Celebrity Body Sculpt has up to 30 days to refund fund me the $450.00 dollars, however, 30+ days later I am still waiting for my refund. I have been given the run around for over 30 days. After questioning the legitimacy of Celebrity Body Sculpt with a staff represented, I was told that refunds have been provided to past customers and that there are currently a lot of people awaiting refunds.

This all happened on December 17, 2018. I called CBS to inquire about a refund of the $580. I was given the run around and I am still getting the run around. Anuisha Roberts is the admin at the office. She does not have any real answers for me as to when I will be getting the money back. I call like everyday and she always tells me that she will call me back but never does. Do not go here. Go to a real cosmetic surgeon....you definitely get what you pay for.....

While he removed the dorsal hump, he severely damaged the tip of my nose. The tip was left thinned, misshapen, and crooked, with one nostril so narrow that it would tear. Because of this, I required two additional surgeries with another plastic surgeon. One procedure was specifically to strengthen the weakened nostril, and the other--a five-hour surgery--was to straighten and reinforce the tip of my nose. Although the revision surgeon improved the structure and appearance, the damage from the original surgery was so extensive that it cannot be fully repaired due to scar tissue. This experience has been extremely difficult, and I strongly caution anyone considering rhinoplasty with this doctor.

The procedure was EXTREMELY painful to have endured for ZERO results. Down time was lengthier than what I was told. Botched: Dr. Groves read another patient's medical file and…read moreinserted the wrong size implants. Prior to the surgery, I authorized Dr. Groves to implant one of three sizes. I did not authorize him to deviate from the operative plan. During surgery, Dr. Groves reviewed the wrong patient's file. He then inserted a size far different from any authorized size. In the operative note he wrote, "I felt this was the correct size for her." Six days post-surgery, at my first post-op appointment, Dr. Groves acknowledged he had reviewed a different patient's file. His exact words were, "I looked at the wrong note. I looked at the wrong sizes. So, it was all on me." Because of his malpractice, I had to recover from one botched surgery knowing I would have to undergo another surgery and painful recovery. I am happy to discuss my experience with anyone considering undergoing a procedure.
