The works of tattoo removal is very much in a place of trial and error still, especially with skin of color. I feel 100% confident in Naya's advice, judgment and directions as she is incredibly knowledgeable on the process and aftercare. Staff is professional and friendly and I'm happy to be in great hands. With a larger piece, I opted for the unlimited package which has been a relief on my pockets as my package is paid in full and I am able to continue visiting until my tattoo is faded/removed as much as possible. The appointment with lengthy because I was brought into a room to, what later I've concluded, was hardcore sales pitch to sign up for the $1800.00 unlimited visits for this process. Which was explained to me that it would take possibly one year to complete. Okay, makes sense since I've never been through this. I will said the salesman was exceptionally charming. I probably talked his ear off about why I wanted it removed. Nonetheless, I did sign the agreement. It was required that I pay $1000 during that consult so I would get the first treatment that day. I then would need to wait 8 weeks for the next treatment. I made my appt exactly 8 weeks later. I drove 30 minutes to get to the appt. Doors locked. Lights off. So I called the number on the door and was told they tried to reach out to me to tell me the office is basically closed down "temporarily" due to staffing issues. Hmmm. I was told I could go on a "waiting list" or I could drive to a location in Stockbridge or Hapeville. I 100% feel like it was a complete bait and switch job that was played. It was a fraudulent transaction to say the least. That salesman absolutely knew I would not be able to get all my treatments don't. This seems illegal. Yeah, these locations would be one and half hours to get there. Oh, and as a good client that I wanted to be, I played the entire $1600 in its entirety, so I would not have to pay the high interest rates that would be applied. Here's the really interesting part, I went on their app to see if I could even book a second appt. It looked like I could. But I got a text back confirming a "new patient consultation appointment." They're still showing up to sign people up and take they money. And they will NEVER get the treatment they are paying for!!! I am requesting a full refund minus the first treatment. Crazy because my tattoo actually looks thicker. This company needs some intense investigation into their practices.

When we got there the process moved quickly, was very clear and everyone was friendly. Pretty good selection of jewelry with lots of options. Everything looked clean and felt private. Desiree did an incredible job! She was very patient, friendly, professional and did an incredible job on all three piercings! We loved all of the art in the gallery and overall look of the place. Why say you take walk-ins when you clearly can't handle walk-ins? There was zero communication from the two front desk workers. When we arrived they never said "we only have one piercer and there's 9 groups in front of you so please know it may take awhile". Even TGIFridays knows how to do that. We have now made an appointment at a parlor in Woodstock GA that takes appointments so my daughter won't be disappointed like this again. If you want to wait on an uncomfortable wooden bench for 3hrs with no updates throughout, go for it, but i won't be coming back.
