This was my first time my mom and I went to this nail salon. Overall their prices are way too high for what they provide. I could give myself the same results doing my nails at home. We're both very disappointed with the outcome of our service. My nail lady was on the phone (talking through an ear piece) the majority of my service, which shouldn't happen if she cannot focus on giving me $50 results. Polish all in my cuticles, crooked nails. I even had her fix my big toe during the appointment because it was super crooked and I just now noticed another one of my nails being crooked. I paid $15 extra for gel polish and the same day of my appointment the gel already chipped. My mom paid $15 extra for a flower and this is the flower they gave her. We have 0 time to go back to get them fixed because we leave for vacation. We will not be back. read more

I came in the first time needing a pink white ombré fill. My pink was filled with clear so I left with a fill showing the grown out pink from two week prior. I left with most of my fingers harshly rubbed from the filing, hurt pretty bad on almost every finger. I let it slide because the owner did shape my nails well and I don't judge from one visit. Came back to repair a couple. This is where they lost me. Took 1 hour to fill one nail and add a new one. Used clear again and the ombré was not only terrible but clear. I have a scab again on one repaired nail because it was filed so hard. Honestly was shocked she charged me for this work...given the ombré I got. Just some advice from a customer who is loyal: don't bad mouth other salons unless it's really necessary. I came in with quality ombré nails. I didht care to spend my time hearing how my other tech is lazy bc she had them wide. They weren't that badly shaped coming from someone who does require a nice shape. Don't have someone who can't recognize you need to fill the same color or do ombré, doing ombré. His fill was very good but not for my nails. Don't make a customer pay for obviously bad work meaning the color fill ...no way you thought either fill looked good, and you made me pay the second time for two repairs. Had you said forget it well make the full right next time, I would have come every two weeks consistently. read more

All of the people at Style Nails & Spa are very kind, and do a beautiful job. I have had many pedicures and manicures over the decades. So, I know what I am talking about. I will drive here every time I want any nail services. Although there are a few salons closer to my home. I prefer better service. As I was being pampered, I could hear another customer laughing out loud, and it cheered me up even more. She was enjoying herself and the crew here. The ladies were very nice, and great customer service, but I will say there were a few things I would have wanted to be done differently. First of all, my nails were filed very harshly, caused scabbing, and soreness, I also didn't get a base coat before my gel coloring which led to the gel color chipping the very next day. Also this set took around 3 hours to complete, a full set with gel color, which I brought myself (the gel polish). I paid around 56 dollars plus a 25 dollar tip, for this service, which is pretty fair. read more

Above and beyond! I had a very damaged nail (half of it was gone) and I needed an emergency substitute for my sick manicurist. Using layers of silk fabric, the technician made that nail look normal. She was very careful with my other nails as well and I was very pleased with the final results, a frosty champagne gel polish and a warm steamy towel to add moisture to my dry hands. I came in no one was there. I showed the owner what I wanted and she said she could do it. It was a simple French tip with a sea star on the ring finger. When we were one hour in I have corrected her multiple times because the French tip looked more of crooked lines than anything. Two other ladies came in and they had to wait another hour because the owner couldn't get the nails right. she told me she needed to help out her other customers so I agreed since they have been waiting an hour even though I have already been there two hours. Another hour passed and the owner is finally done with the two lady's nails. The owner said she was gonna start over because there were bumps or nail polish and the French Tip still didn't look good whatsoever. I told her she can just go ahead and paint my nails a solid color is that was easier for her. She said she would throw in a free pedicure so I accepted her offer. About 45 minutes later two other ladies come in and ask for pedicures saying she can do both of them even though I'm suppose to be getting my done as well. She is finished with my nails and she tells the two other ladies to sit and pick a chair and I do as well. The owner tells the ladies she is going to do them first and that I can wait. I finally have to speak up and tell her if your gonna do them first then I am just gonna leave. She then does me first and when we are done she says the total will be $45 but I tell her on the sign it says $35 and I'm not gonna pay any more then what I should even be paying She tells me but I have you a pedicure. That should have been a common courtesy. I tell her I have been here for 4 and a half hours. You put me second the first time and you almost put me second the second time. If you are thinking of going here I really wouldent recommend it. read more

Incredibly friendly and professional staff! They do a very good job with spa pedis and manis and the price is terrific. I always get the paraffin wax treatment too! They have a great selection of color and I never have my nails chip with their gels. Unlike other gels I've had from other spas. They are very clean and sanitary too. I barely got any services (massage was basically an oil rub) all was pretty acceptable until I was done, I asked "how much" it was $50 for a gel pedi. I always pay $35! I have probably been to at least 7 other people before finding him and the thing that makes him unique is that he gets so close to the cuticle when he does artificial nails that even a week later I still don't see any space and this isn't what I have found at other shops.
