I love it here. I've always had a good experience. The wait can be excessive at times but that could be anywhere without an appointment. They do accept walk ins. I always just get my nails done (basic acrylic). The prices are reasonable and they have many options between nail colors and powders. Vince is awesome. The entire staff there is nice and welcoming. They greet you as soon as you walk in and recognize you if you are a regular. Thats nice cause you know they care about their customers. read more

THE WORST! Lady complained about why I didn't want to cut my nails and then talks crap to others about how ridiculous I was for having the longest nails in her language little did she know I knew exactly what she was saying....then hurt me several times trying to rush through service...I wanted them thick she failed to do so and even painted my actual hand and cuticles when asked to please remove the mistakes she for real DRILLED MY HAND to remove Paint...oh my gosh I hated every moment...and then two nails were uneven and flimsy and I kept telling her to add thickness she just ignored..I told her you still have paint on the cuticles she decided to put oil and lotioned up one hand I was so confused and how badly this went...at the end she originally priced the service 45 dollars so why was it $58 including a $2 off check in deal? She had no explanation...I assume she put her own price and tip in the total... And there's no price menu or board like most of them have...I feel like that's what you get when you aren't able to go to your main nail shop (qnails were closed Sundays)... Worst nail shop in San Antonio! I was desperate and needed my nails done so I went to them. The way my nails were formed were absolutely terrible. My nails have to be made out of all acrylic due to a nail condition I have. When the acrylic was applied my fingers were burning so bad my hand was shaking. From the reviews I saw I thought this place was going to be great but sadly it wasn't. First off the guy had no idea what stiletto nails were so i said i wanted them oval and short. He told me i couldnt get them the length i wanted because of mw wanting them oval and thats bs cause they could have been shorter no matter what. He wasn't that friendly either . Second off he didn't even paint my nails that great. Overall this place is not that great. I'm still on the hunt for a good nail shop. I took my mom to get a pedicure there today and the shop was really nice. It looked clean and well maintained. The lady who did my mom's pedicure was nice except it kind of bugged me that she kept pushing for her to get her toe nails painted a color when we asked just for clear polish to begin with. Over all, the experience was good. The pedicure was worth the money and I don't know if I'm in love with the place but I will definitely give it another try sometime. read more

The salon is super , Amy is who I see. She remembers to do my nails the way I like them. She primes them twice because my nails pop of easy. And she always does a fantastic job! She also waxes my eyebrows and lip. Once she even took care of my nose hair which I hadn't even noticed until she showed me the wax strip. I love this place. I also have a certain young lady do my pedicure, I forgot her name but she does a great job on my pedicure. I would recommend this place to anyone. They do great work and the prices are reasonable. 5 stars easily! read more

This is the worst pedicure experience I have ever had. I am so upset I am writing this while my nails dry. First of all they tell me no wait, then have me wait 15 mins and I get up to leave so they put me in the chair with water and leave me for another 15 mins. The water gets cold and I am about to leave again, it had now been 30 mins when I was told no wait. The lady is now ready so I stay, I should have left. She didn't really clean my nails and scrubbed my feet so hard that I have scratches and am in pain, I had to keep telling her to stop that it hurt. I get pedicures regularly and this is my first time and last time here. I should have left my feet are in so much pain. Never again, stay away from this place. Hopefully I didn't contract some fungal disease through all the scratches as well! read more

The manager is so rude. I came here today to get my eyebrows done, the lady that was doing them had NO idea what she was doing. The wax was way too hot & then she got it all over my hair and making it worse. I asked for someone else to do my eyebrows and the manager said "wait" so I did. But then they took forever and I had to go pick up my brother and sister from high school so I told them I had to go and they started telling me to go back into the room and I said no that I really had to go and the manager or the main guy that's always at the register told me to "never come back here" instead of trying to fix the problem. They need to change their attitude and the people that have there working. Go next door, they are better, friendly and won't talk shit about you in another language! My eyebrows are so messed up.
