She was very thorough during the consultation to make sure I understand what she is about to do and that I also get what I came in for. My original hair was highlighted (super bleached/ashy) and had a bad layered cut (turns out I had a mullet I wasn't aware of lol). I wanted to return to my natural color and also get a cut to even out my layers. Within two hours, Hanh achieved the color and cut seamlessly through proper and detailed steps to repair my damaged hair. My experience with her was fantastic.
