Two days before junior prom. I had not scheduled my daughter's hair appointment thinking I could do a Marilyn Monroe inspired style myself. I can never go to anyone else again, other than Rose! I've never been able to find a hair stylist that could cut my hair right. I love that she was honest when I asked if a certain cut/style would work for me or not. (She definitely knows hair!) Also, was surprised at the location, but it's a nice facility and she has a well-maintained space. I needed to find someone who would listen, Rose did that. In the past, that has been the biggest challenge. Rose was open and made this appointment easy, I was very happy. She didn't push back at all and used all the tools I asked her to use, razor, and clippers. I used to be in this business, listening is the biggest factor, in my opinion. I explained to her what I wanted and she did just that. She even washed my hair before cutting it saw that my end texture was dry so she did a conditioner treatment & then she styled it afterwards which I was not expecting because not a lot of places do that and if they do they usually charge extra for that service. Rose was so kind!, i came into her little private salon lol but i didn't make an appointment not on purpose because i thought i was able to do walk in but she had thought it didn't say that in her website.
