I went to this salon hoping they could correct the color. Before I ever sat in the chair, I asked at least five times what my total would be because I didn't want any surprises. I was told it would be $150 to correct the color to honey blonde, and it was explained that price was for full highlights. I confirmed that several times before agreeing to the service. I arrived around 11:00 a.m. and didn't leave until almost 5:00 p.m. After spending nearly my entire day there, I was shocked when I got to the register and was told my total was $315 for a wash, blow-dry, silk press, and color correction on hair that's only neck length. If I had been told the real price upfront, I would have never agreed to the service. Pricing should be transparent before a client commits, not after they've spent hours in the chair. To make matters worse, I wasn't even happy with the results. The silk press wasn't as straight as I expected, especially after being there for so many hours. When I explained that the total wasn't what we had discussed, I paid $200 and told them I was going to my car to see if I had additional cash. I'm pregnant, and I even left my phone inside as collateral to show I wasn't trying to avoid paying. I sat in my car for a moment counting my money and decided I would pull closer to the entrance since my phone was still inside. Before I knew it, several women came outside and surrounded my car, which made me feel embarrassed and intimidated. Overall, the lack of clear pricing, the way the situation was handled, and the customer service left a very negative impression. Unfortunately, I won't be returning, and I can't recommend this salon based on my experience.

I don't work out or do anything that would have caused unusual stress or damage to my hair. When I finally washed it, my hair was coming out from the roots in chunks. Since that appointment, my hair has felt extremely brittle, and I've also noticed that I've lost a lot of my curl pattern. It's very upsetting because my hair was not in this condition before the service. I trusted that my hair would be cared for properly, but it now seems like it was over-processed with heat and over flat ironed. As you can see in the pictures herein, I'm definitely not an all over warm blonde, but rather a mixture of colors with bright white blonde around my hairline & dark roots showing, along with a mixture of other colors throughout. I could tell when she rinsed my hair that something wasn't right as you can clearly see in the picture. She asked me if I was on Google when I merely asked her about semipermanent vs demipermanent on my hair & when I told her yes, she got an attitude & told me I need to trust her. This is what my trust got me. I had a consult with a colorist in Atlanta on Friday who I now have to pay to fix her ugly mess up. You can clearly see the demarcation lines & different colors in my hair. Even the top salon in Atlanta was shaking their head at this mess in my hair. Don't waist your money like I did. She has no experience in doing blonde nor even knows about suggesting a raw lift, no toner to make someone warm blonde. The pictures herein speak for themselves. The fact that you responded and lied through your teeth stating that this visit was for "correcting bright orange low lights" is WILD! And not once during this visit did you adjust my tone mid service during this visit. You in fact absolutely do NOT know how to properly do blonde hair. Notice how you didn't even mention all the demarcation lines you left in my hair. People that read this will see the truth, for the pictures speak for themselves, and they speak volumes. My hair has since been corrected by an expert colorist in Atlanta whom did a raw lift. I no longer have multiple color shades and all the demarcation lines are gone. When we arrived, another boy was in the chair next to us heading to the dryer with a different stylist. I was very clear with Kim the expectation and showed her a picture from before. The service started and she used a cap this time because his hair wasn't as long as before. Half way through, she asked if the next boy who was scheduled to come 90 mins later could come sooner. He was an hour away, so she said she would then be able to fill the gap time with someone else. I mention this because this rush for getting more clients in, obviously is what played into my son's results. The boy who was there when we arrived was under the dryer for a long, long time. My son however, wasn't under long at all. Once he came out, he told her his head was burning and there was noticeable steam coming from the top of his head. She said he was ready and off to the bowl to wash. Purple shampoo applied and back to the chair. Wet, it didn't look like anything went wrong. She began to dry it and it was horrible. He has multiple different colors on the top of his head. Orange, brown, red, blonde and then patches of silver, almost translucent, and so many tips the same color. I asked her about fixing these areas and her attitude changed and turned into gaslighting me rudely that I said I asked for him to look like the boy next to us (he was clearly not a leopard color, not silver globs of hair and was done correctly, and I never said that at all) and that the picture was blurry, and everything else you could think of as she deflected her bad service. I walked to the front because I was very upset with her rude response and telling us that we need to use purple shampoo at home to fix it. She washed him again, no change. I just wanted out of there. I paid $114 for the service, left a 15% tip (never should have) and we left. I was more angry outside when the sun hit it with how awful it looked. I called the manager who heard me, was very nice and told me to come back to fix it. A steaming head, that was burning and a short time under the dryer means the heat was too high (she was rushing) and he was over processed. Upon returning, another teammate was there getting bleached by her and I haven't heard yet but am worried she made his hair horrible too. I did tell him to be clear to her he wanted blonde, not silver hair. The next stylist used toner by hand to try and fix it. It still looks bad, but nowhere near what Kim did. It was fixed enough to not look absolutely horrific, and we can doctor prom photos enough, but upon getting ready to leave...I said to the Manager I would like to leave this stylist a tip and get this, the manager said I owed 39.00 for toner for the correction, for what Kim messed up. I HAD TO PAY TO FIX WHAT KIM DID! And, the manager NEVER mentioned this when she said to come back so it could be fixed. At this point, I was so angry and wanted to get out, I paid and left. I was so upset, I didn't take pictures that accurately shows how bad it was, but the stylist sitting at the front desk staring at his head upon leaving the first time said it all. He has dark hair and the part Kim worked on is multiple colors. If you go to this salon, take note, you will have to pay for their correction of terrible work. Instead, I left with hot magenta hair and dye stains all over my scalp that the salon refused to fix. Deflecting from a lack of technical skill by professing untrue claims about a customer's conduct is unprofessional.
