The girl that washed mine & my sister's hair was so sweet named Mire & gave a great scalp massage and also recommended a toner for my hair that I very much needed to make my look even better. They were also accommodating to my 6 yr old son who gets impatient waiting around. Kristina at the front desk was also so accommodating to help me get the appointment I needed the very next day. He went above and beyond to make my experience memorable, from the aromatherapy, to the hand massage, to putting in extra TLC (all the little things add up). He gave me facts about the Aveda products (which is also why I wanted to come here), was honest about what style would fit my face and was open to what I wanted to do, and treated my hair amazingly!!! I held off on getting what I usually get because of so much hair loss. Jeanette trimmed my hair today and she was so gentle and very easy to talk to about all my concerns going on with my hair. I also purchased Olaplex 4 and 5 today with the help from the owner who actually went and got it for me, I think I waited maybe 5-10 minutes while he went to go get it. She always checks up on me when I'm waiting for my color treatment to be done, whether the water temperature is comfortable for me or if she's with another customer.
