I realized that several braids were not small but were much larger giving an overall uneven aesthetic. I contacted Bella the very next day as her advertisement states she will fix any errors within the first 2 weeks . Bella refused and began to place blame on me. I am now faced with finding someone to correct her subpar work. Bella was 10 minutes late to the appointment , has a not so nice attitude and forces you to watch old reruns of "The First 48 Hours" for the entire length of the appointment.
