Judy was able to take us in at 4pm. The salon is a decent size. They had 3-4 hair stylists working when we arrived. All were busy with a customer. Everybody had enough room to walk around. Parking is limited and is shared by other businesses, including a popular neighborhood restaurant, Three Blind Mice. As long as you make an appointment before the dinner rush at TBM, you should be able to find parking. As soon as we entered, we were greeted by the stylists then Judy took my son to her station. They got started immediately. My 10-year old has been really picky and particular about his hair lately. So when Judy asked him what kind of style he wanted, he was not afraid to be very specific. My son would stop her and make a comment or ask questions while she was cutting his hair. Judy was very patient and listened to his requests. My son was very pleased with his haircut and so was I. We both got what we wanted. My son's hair looks so fresh and so clean clean. He has gotten so many compliments. We will definitely come back and see Judy for his next hair cut!

Parking was easy to find and there were lots of shops and restaurants to consider when I was done. My stylist was great at asking questions about what I was looking for; color, cut, length, etc. before moving forward she confirmed pricing so there were no surprises. The complete lack of flexibility or understanding was shocking. Charging someone $90 for a navigation error is pretty poor customer service. WORST HAIRCUT EVER…read more Cindy cut my hair way too short. I asked for 2 inches, at most 2.5 inches off. I walked out with 4 inches off my length and I cried in my car after leaving. I wore my glasses today so I had to take them off during my haircut so I was unable to see but how did TWO INCHES turn to FOUR?!? My long hair that was close to my bottom is now up above mid back. I kept emphasizing I want to keep my hair LONG. Be firm on your boundaries and what you want. I usually get my haircut once a year and now this makes me never want to even cut my hair ever again. How hard is it to just listen to what the client want?! I haven't had hair this short since grade school. I've never felt so ugly and I hated that I had to pretend this was ok. I could be wrong here, but I've seen dust on their surface and arty structures. Also, I really don't like how they blow dry and comb your hair with their fingers. Not just a little bit while blow drying...but all throughout! It just feels a bit gross. I mean, who knows how clean their fingers are! I also hate the way they wash your hair. They actually have a separate girl that wash your hair (instead of the stylists)...and this girl is just not good! She has zero strength in her fingers...and I hate the way she even touches your hair! Possibly THE worst hair washing experience (experiences) I've ever had in ANY salon. She was completely booked Friday and Saturday so I went today. Very nice salon. All the stylists were nice. Just so happen the weather was bad so we all were getting there late :). Brandy was there and ready to start on my hair. I briefly told her my concerns over the phone and she reiterated what I told her. I liked that bc it told me she was listening to my concerns. She assessed my hair and suggested I take a hair supplement that would help with the breakage and possibly start my hair back to growing. She also said she would put together a treatment plan for my hair needs. I felt comfortable with her service and her recommendations. I made an appointment for next week. I'm looking forward to Brandy helping me to get my hair back on the healthy track.
