I have had multiple issues with the optical and billing department…read more 1. Received a bill for an item that was already paid in full. Along with my bill, I received someone else's bill as well; which included personal information. 2. Requested to speak to Optical/Billing Manager several times and they were always "at lunch" or "has the day off" or "at a different location"; and they will need to get back to me. These are only two of the multiple instances that have occurred within the last year. VERY DISAPPOINTED in customer service management, I do not recommend the optical department.

After a few days of dealing with it, and concerned it might be something really serious I called Elite Eye Care to try and get an appointment. They didn't really have any open appointments for new customers for a few weeks, but they made room to get me in the next day to check me out. The visit itself was quite good. Very efficient. Pleasant staff. Getting my eyes examined was surprisingly easy. Picking out glasses was a good experience. The staff is super helpful and make things easy. I'm super impressed with this vision center and would encourage anyone to go there. I'm glad I went there and glad my family members go there too. I'm just disappointed it took me this long to actually get my eyes checked.

I am still very appreciative of Dr. Blasco for righting their initial wrong and giving me the frames I wanted for the originally quoted price but I will still plan to go elsewhere for my eye care needs beginning this year for my exam. Service is just as important as quality and I feel like for the price I am paying, it's lacking there. *****Pending Review 2/21/17 - Dr. Blasco called me today to follow up and correct the situation. I truly appreciate his professionalism and the fact that he cares enough about his business and clients to make sure that proper business is being done and customers are satisfied. My glasses are now being ordered at the originally quoted price. I look forward to receiving them in the next few weeks. And as long as everything goes fine upon pickup then I will be gladly rescind my previous review. Thanks Dr. Blasco :)***** I enjoy my optometrist, Dr. Evans. I have been going to him for approximately 3 years. However buying glasses from this place is ridiculously OVERPRICED! I recently found a pair that I wanted but had to have them order it in the color I preferred, the glasses on that day were marked $250 and with my insurance I would have paid $0 for the frames. However, mysteriously once the order came in, when I came in to pay for the lenses and get measured, they had conveniently jumped up to $350 which was going to cost me $90 for the frames plus my $15 copay plus $145 for the lenses, so this place would be pocketing a grand total of $600 between myself and my insurance for one pair of glasses! Absolutely insane! Very dishonest of them and I recommend taking pictures of the price tags if you find a pair in this place you like because they will raise the prices as soon as you leave so they can make an extra buck. This will be my final time dealing with them. I will find a new optometrist this year, principle and good customer service matters big time with me and my $$$ spends anywhere

It stated there would be a 39.00 fee for retinal screening. When we got in the back I was told about the fee and this replaces the dilation of the eye to look closer. Also I was told this will be routine and I will be charged every year. I was not aware of this until they told me about it after I signed it. being very sneaky. The insurance was supposed to "cover" the routine eye exam and that's why I have insurance!!!!!! I will not ever go back or recommend this business

Lasikplus is great if you don't care how you're treated if something goes wrong…read more I could immediately feel something in my eye when I woke up from the post-op nap. They confirmed during the follow up that a strand of "something" fell into my eye during surgery & that the surgeon had re-adhered my cornea back on over it without checking to remove it first & was causing some inflammation. In order to remove it they'd have to reopen my cornea to wipe/flush it out. They told me they could not get me in to get it out for at least 2 weeks post op even though they got me in for surgery (aka to take my money) only 3 days after the initial consult. I called 1 week post op to see if I could get in earlier because I could feel something in my eye every minute of the day on top of a thick red blood stripe on that eye that was not clearing up at all whereas the redness was completely gone from the other eye. Their response: "try refrigerating the eye drops instead." Finally at the post op appt to get it out, the surgeon was unaware I was there to get it removed. They then made me pay for the additional antibiotic eye drops needed when they gave them to me for free the first time. They claimed the red stripe on the eye was not related but coincidentally began to clear up almost immediately. To remediate the situation, they offered me a free T-shirt
