Not only did they take their time with me, but even stayed after hours. They seem to be in no rush! Love the service already. Also, very reasonable priced! Not an arm or a leg ! I feel like a lot of American hairstylist doesn't really know how to deal with Asian hair. Since it's so dark. So I feel like Hong Kong hair salon is definitely catered to more Asian hairs. Wait time was under five minutes, which I was definitely surprised. I'm an before time/ on time kind of person, so I was extremely happy to receive service at my given appointment time. Ty was very nice and knowledgeable. She made sure I was comfortable in every aspect as possible. I enjoy getting my hair washed, and she didn't disappoint. I was satisfied with the results.
