Im used to paying $5 for my brow threading in pomona but found that the going rate is $8 in rialto tried this place few weeks ago I refused to pay more that $8! lol it sucked she missed so many hairs the shape was just ok she pretty much insisted on coloring them in after it looked ugly n weird since I had no makeup on! was clean n nicer than the swap meet on acacia who was charging $10 pssh! im cheap I guess haha but its jus thread wax cost more and they charge less wth! so ya 2stars probably wont return... read more

Andrea the girl in the middle call herself yelling at me and disrespecting because I didn't sign her dumb ass sign in sheet and I have been coming to this place for two years now and Andrea never came at me the way she did today I was shocked and usually when I come there it's never no sign in sheet so I didn't really know what was going on until Amina called the next person and I told Amina I was there before that person that she called and that's when Andrea started yelling at me like she was retarded so I didn't appreciate that and the manager need to let his co workers know about how to talk to customers because ANDREA is not professional at all and that's the reason why she got a eyebrow THREADING JOB and nothing else because she's ignorant . I've been going to this place for a long time now and I always walk out happy. Andrea does a great job. I'll say, sometimes when there are a few girls working at a time, they tend to have unprofessional conversations. The place isn't in the nicest strip mall, but you can't complain for $8/ brow threading. Very disappointing customer service and business practice. I called to ask at what time they closed they told me 6:30pm without appointment was okay and I could just walk in. I called around 6:10pm to make sure they would take my appointment, they said as long as I got here before 6:30pm no problem. I worked right down the street, so I rushed over to find out that they wouldn't take me although I called ahead and got there at 6:21pm. I flashed my phone to the woman on the other side of the glass and she shrugged her shoulders and ignored me. If you want really good eyebrows Andrea is your girl. She works right next to Amina. These two are the most popular at this location. I've been getting my eyebrows done by Andrea for over a year and she never disappoints. You might have to wait a while but she makes it up with her work. I love Amina! I was referred to her by a friend and I'm so glad I came. I've been coming to her for about 2 years now. My eyebrows were a mess when I came in, I remember her measuring them right off and explaining that they were both shaped differently. She re-shaped them and then told me the plan to get them back to grow in and fill out the shape. It took a few visits but I followed her direction and allowed them to grow in those areas and I now they are on point. I do not trust my eyebrows with anyone else. Amina is also kind, friendly and has excellent customer service skills which is very important to me. My mom and sister also come to her now. The price is right on also. Very affordable. I really want to give this place 5 stars based on my experience with Amina alone... but if I'm being totally honest, I can't. Most of the other women seem nice and approachable and seem to have regular customers. However, there is one woman who has really bad customer service skills and can be quite rude. She's not approachable. I've observed her to be short tempered and abrupt in her reactions and responses. Anyhow, hopefully she can figure it out, maybe get some training on the importance of customer service and change her ways. If you go, be sure to ask for Amina! She's the best! read more

Okay, decided to give this place a try. The young lady who did my eyebrows was talkative and friendly, however she made no effort to hide the fact that she was in a rush. When I sat down I told her I just wanted my eyebrows cleaned up because I am letting them grow out and my upper lip. She finished my eyebrows and was ready to get me out of the seat without handing me the handheld mirror to take a look at them. I then told her I wanted my upper lip done, she said, oh yeah and then mentioned something about leaving soon or something. She finished my lip, disinfected my eyebrows/upper lip, and once again left the station without showing me how they looked up close. At that point I got up, looked in the mirror, brushed off any lose hairs, and thought they were too thin, but whatever, it can't be undone. I couldn't find her and I turned to see her waiting at the cash register. I paid my $13 and left, of course I didn't leave a tip. I found it pretty unprofessional, I'm not sure if she thought because I have colored her I had no expectation, who's to say. She may have just been a rush for her Saturday night outing. read more

So i went today to get my eyebrows done the girl left them nice but she was extremely RUDE i gave her a tip and she just snatched it out of my hand and didn't even say thank you, she just kept on talking to one of her coworkers. I have been going here for years and I gotta say Amina never disappoints. Shes really sweet and always leaves my eyebrows very clean and nice. The other employees are nice and considerate but Amina is my favorite. The place can get busy and Amina has loyal customers so sometimes the wait can be upwards of 25 minutes. It is best to come in during the week instead of on the weekend, on the weekend the wait can be even longer. The shop is very clean and nice. Since I started coming here, I cannot go anywhere else and get the same results. The only reason I gave them four stars is because they took away their stamp cards. read more

I had heard such amazing things about this place and I was super excited to finally be able to go. I really wanted Amina to do my eyebrows because she was the one that was recommended to me, but the wait was too long and I didn't have the luxury of time today so I decided that trying someone else wouldn't hurt. Boy, was I wrong. I ended up letting the blonde girl Cassandra do my eyebrows and I have never been so upset. First of all, she doesn't seem to want to be there. Second of all, she doesn't seem to know what she's doing and it is evident from the job she did on my eyebrows that this girl needs a lot more practice. My eyebrows don't even look similar in any way. She didn't even have a hand held mirror so that I could take a good look at them. Next time I will happily wait an hour to have Amina do my eyebrows than ever go to Cassandra again. read more

I will never go here again ! The first time I went I just wanted to get my eyebrows cleaned & she did that . I actually liked how they turned out, but a few days later I saw so many cuts she left from threading them. Also they started to grow out again in one week ! Worse $33 I've ever spent! Just got home from this place from getting my eyebrows threated and getting fake eyelashes. I just went in there for the eyebrow threading and since there was no customers at the time she convinced me from getting fake eyelashes which was suppossed to be a 30 -40 minute procedure. I agreed to the fake eyelashes because I thought my eyebrow threading had gone well. She finished my right eye fake eyelashes and I liked it. They didn't seem fake at all so I was pleased... until... customers started walking in, one after the other one. She started getting nervous and started rushing on my left eye fake eyelashes. She was sloppy and trying to hurry up fast to serve the other customers. When she was about to finish she told me next time I should make an appointment... she convinced me into getting them !!! Ugh... when I looked at myself in the mirror, my left eyelashes had gone soooo bad and I told her my concerns, she just said... they're ok, they're even. I said no, it doesn't look right!!! She try solving the problem by adding more eyelashes to my right eye ! My eyes were so irritated from the mess she made with the glue that I couldn't even stand my eyes, they were burning sooo bad! I was so upset that I left and stayed in my car for almost 15 minutes looking in my mirror... I couldn't believe what she had done. I got home and started taking the eyelashes off... I'm so upset and irritated about this place. When I finished cleaning up the eyelashes which by the way half of them were falling off already, I cleaned up my eyebrows as well an came to realize that she had threaded more on my right side and now is uneven.... I do not recommend this place at all!!! Lack of professionalism! Will never go back there again !!! read more
