I Received an underwax and my underarms were stripped, raw and so red for over a week. I've waxed my underarms for years and this NEVER happened before! I also had a pedicure, and one of my toes was not cut. Toes nails not shaped, they place a pillow on your lap so you cannot watch what's being done! I changed my mind on the nail color, instead tech used both colors, it looked sloppy. Ask for prices on everything otherwise you will be surprised. I came here last week for a gel pedicure for the very first time and was pleasantly surprised by how well it turned out. For only $45, they put a lot of effort into the pedicure, and the environment was very calm and relaxing. The staff were very friendly and they were clean as well. For it to be a basic gel pedicure, my nail tech put a lot of attention and care into me. I went on a Tuesday at around 2:30 and was done around 3:30. 10 minutes after appointment time for my sister and I and this is what it looked like. They told us they were busy and they asked us to wait a half hour. They took my phone number when we set up the appointment! They could have called to let us know. The gas prices around here are over $4.25 we're not going to drive back and forth. And we had plans anyway. Their altar is stocked with offerings to their gods for Lunar New Year... but it's clear they aren't actually worshipping their gods in earnest and they're putting out offerings with only themselves in mind. I don't think I would recommend this nail place. Although I may give it one more try just to make sure it Wasn't just the person that worked on my nails. Unfortunately I don't know what her name was. If you go when they open, you will get served pretty quick and that's always nice. It was pretty clean as well. I needed a fill and a couple of repairs. After only 2 days a few of the nails are already starting to lift. Very disappointing as it cost me $40. I think I'll try a different nail salon for my fills. read more

The first time I came here Dalinh did my nails and they were absolutely perfect, the best nails I've had in a while. So of course I came here again. I should've called to schedule an appointment with her but it was spur of the moment so I just went in as soon as they opened one day. She wasn't there unfortunately so someone else did my nails, and they looked beautiful!! However about two days later my cuticle was hurting and my finger was beginning to swell. Another 3 days go by and I can barely touch my finger and it's swelling more and more. As I'm cleaning the kitchen I bump my finger on the counter and pus starts coming out of my cuticle that has been hurting!! I went to urgent care and the doctor told me my cuticle was infected as a result of tools not being disinfected. When we got there people were already waiting while they were still working on others. When they asked what we needed I said we had an appointment. She said it would be just a few minutes. We looked at the nail art and colors for a little then they took someone else. When I asked how long it would be she responded it would be just a few moments. Sorry she's behind. I replied that I had already been waiting a few moments, so how long is it actually going to be considering she just took someone else. She said it would be 30 minutes and that I should come back. I responded that I should've been called and told they were behind and they couldn't take me at my appointed time. She said she's behind again and I told her again that she could've called. She did have my number and she could've let me know that she was behind. I would've been OK with that. But I drove all the way down there to be told basically your appointment didn't matter and your time didn't matter. That's not OK. It would've taken two seconds to call the customer that made an appointment to say they couldn't take them at that time. There was just excuse after excuse, and my time didn't matter. Only their time mattered. I will never go back. I do not recommend this place because if they cared about their customers, then all they would have to do is to treat them nicely. Called to see when I should go in and they said 4:00, which was an hour and 15 minutes after I called. Got there on time and left after 45 minutes of waiting. Why give someone a time and then make them wait almost and hour. If that's the case don't give them a time. They'll ask you to pick a color just so you can keep waiting. If you're nice and quiet and don't make a stink they won't attend you. Two other girls had been given the same time and they were seated after they asked how much longer, after waiting 20 minutes. Busted service in San Bernardino is all we get. Saved myself $60 and headed to CVS to buy the color I wanted to polish my own nails. All I wanted was a mani pedi. It's the busiest time of the year and wasting peoples time isn't right. See the response below. No apology, just ask for understanding. I understand it's the busiest time for us all. I have things to do also. I could understand 15 to 20 minute delay, an hour is bad time management on their part. And CVS would have to do because they failed. An hour of waiting and another hour for service, is time I didn't have to wait on a Saturday before Christmas. Definitely would recommend due to the fact EVERYTIME I show them a design they always slay my nails never have they disappointed me, the quality lasts over 2 weeks (if no picking at your nails) and also the staff are young, lovely cool people but do take in consideration they are low staff.
