Hands down best nail salon I've found on the whole eastside. The staff asks you how you're doing, they're attentive, gentle, and they make things right. They autoclave their metal tools, which hospitals use to sterilize their equipment. They don't use bags in the soaking bowls which means they must sanitize the baths after each use instead of just changing a plastic bag. The price for a pedicure is super fair considering the cleanliness, and quality of work. AND they give you a leg scrub, lotion, and hot stone rub with the pedicure. They always take my husband for a pedicure too without batting an eye, even when he gets polish on his toes. And there's a parking lot soooo. Just go. read more

They even brought my nails back to life after another manicurist ruined them with a botched set of acrylics. Had a pedi as it was nearby. I'm impressed at the polish selections, and all 3 ladies were very nice. I brought in a slice of pizza for lunch while getting a pedi. They asked if I needed napkins or something to drink. Quite hospitable. Cost for the pedi was $25. read more

Nice chair but pedicure hurt and was bleeding a little. Some of the cuticle was not removed and then the polish was put on the cuticle.

These girls are amazing! They use new sanitized utensils every time you get a mani or pedi. They give amazing massage with hot stone. I love the massage chairs. They are also very friendly! read more

I really needed a pedicure before my trip and was in Issaquah so I stopped into this salon. It was very clean. They did a great job! They seemed to like each other and they knew some of the customers names and talked to them also. I really like the vibe in the salon. I am giving this place one start because of the horrible service I received on December 22nd 2018. I had been here once or twice before and there were.ok, tolerating them but nothing breathtaking. I went for a shellac gel manicure and regular pedicure and granted it was the weekend before Christmas they were busy , the owner or lady who is older took me and started working on my nails..she rushed so much in had to tell her to slow down.and remind.her I was still a paying customer. What turned me off and made me write this review was the manicure. It was so bad it started chipping as soon I got in the car, I had to turn around and go back, no apologies instead she acted shocked like she didnt know what happend. I was pissed and waiting for her to say something I was prepared to go off on her. She barely got them right the second attempt I couldn't wait to leave, the polish both on my hands and frets lasted about 2 days. Their polish and service here is below standard, i would never visit this place again. In general nail salons in Issaquah sick. I will to Renton if I have too. Avoid this rundown place if you can. I called a couple hours ahead for an appointment for a fill and 3 pedicures (me + 2 co-workers) and they had no problem getting us penciled in. I got there a bit early for my manicure and Vi greeted me with a smile. I am very particular and she was really patient and accommodating. As soon as my friends arrived, she moved me up to a chair so they could start our pedicures. She stood and finished my French tip fill while I sat in the comfort of the awesome massage chair. Flower did my pedicure and was also very friendly. Despite having multiple walk in's and phone calls, they made sure to spend an equal amount of time on all three of us with sugar scrub, hot stones, foot massage, etc. I have honestly never been to a nail salon where the ladies didn't speak/gossip in their native language the entire time - sometimes where it's very obvious they are discussing you. I can't stress enough how nice these ladies were. Their prices are higher than what I'm used to but the result is worth it. We will definitely be back! read more

Except I didn't have to suck it up, because the lady I had was very gentle and responsive when I told her about my feet. This place is hidden! I went in for a pedicure and manicure. The color selection isn't great but I found a good one. I was seated right away and had two ladies working on me! They both made small talk and seemed very pleasant. The salon seats four manicure stations and four pedicure stations, with massage chairs. Manicure is $13, pedicure is $20! Not bad for quality work! I got a full set of acrylics done at Stylish nails and went on a backpacking trip through Europe for a month without getting a fill. I asked for short and natural look/colors just so my nails would be pretty but tough for the trip. Although my nails grew out, the nails remained in tact, without peeling or chipping for the entire trip...I was getting compliments on them three weeks in. This was a small nice nail salon - 4 stations of manis, 4 for pedis. I went in for a pedicure and was disappointed by the selection of colors. There weren't too many to choose from and I haven't heard of some of the brands either. All the nail technicians I talked to were extremely nice and it's obvious they create strong relationships with their customers. The pedicure was extremely relaxing and the leg massage was great! Points off for the lack of drying station tho...I just sat in the massage chair until I felt comfortable enough to walk around without smudging my toes. read more
